Highly recommend this great local studio! The space and instructors are extremely positive and inviting. There are a variety of classes offered multiple times a day. The hot power class is challenging but also suitable for all levels of practice, as it is easy to follow along. The Mindbody app makes it so easy to register/pay for class. We really needed this in the area, so glad it is here!! I can feel the community building each time I go to a class. And the owner grew up in Suffield, feels good to support local people and businesses!!

Such a beautiful space. This studio offers so many different types of yoga making it so unique and accessible to any body. Like me, many of us have struggled finding studios that offer various class times that work with our schedule, I love how they offer classes that are available before and after work, and even midday classes for when I have my days off, I can hit the snooze button, sleep in AND still make it to a class<3

I love it here! The studio is so peaceful and the teachers are amazing! Amber and Katy are wonderful! I feel so good and refreshed after a yoga class here
