Good people. I miss Tanya. Allison is great too now. She is very much a perfect assistant to Mr. Mis. Bill has much work usually but pretty empathetic and works with you as much as legally possible. He comes in early and works when others aren't in or it's not a normal work day. Much the gentleman too. Respectful. The best part of doing business with this local agent is that it's personable and not a phone type, "not able to get ahold of a person" place. They are there. You see them. It's worth the wait or making an appointment. If you ever have an appeal it just may be you need patience.

They go above and beyond to provide information and service.
At the end of October, my vehicle registration was about to expire. I had renewed online with RMV but RMV had not returned on time. Bill Mis was at the registry on other business. Bill brought me a duplicate renewal registration so I would not get stopped. Thank you.
