Hampden County Superior Court

I don't know about you guys but they Hampden county superior court is the bestest because it helps out a lot of people, so before you knock it think very very very carefully about the way you talk about the court house because you can end up in front of a judge.

I only work in civil matters, but I find the judges in this court to be rather helpful. The staff here is hit or miss, but they do their job. Overall it is much better than the regional district courts as far as civil matters go.

We are disparate some help from the judge or anyone that could help.please please please help us😓

Second time in 5 years I went here for jury duty. They say they respect your time, but this is the second time now we sit around all day and nothing happens. No communication, and your left to wonder how the system even operates this way . No wonder it takes years for anything to happen .

The assigned WITNESS ADVOCATES do NOT advocate for the victims here in this court house. Going through multiple issues with trying to get info and clear communication. They don’t relay anything to the D.A office or at least correctly anyways. And don’t have a past coming into this court house cause they will pull up EVERYTHING to make you look bad AS THE VICTIM even the D.A the one that’s considered “on your side” you want things done you have to get your own attorneys and private investigators cause the JUDICIAL SYSTEM WILL NOT SERVE JUSTICE.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The entire Legal Infrastructure is flawed to the MAXIMUM extent.
On this occasion I will direct my attention to the 24hr Menstrual Cycle with legs who goes by the mame of Jessica from the Court Service Center accross from the main Elevator.
She was rude, had a very poor attitude, and is by all obvious intentions and projected body language RACIST.

I sat at the computer and watched how at 10:30 am she was dismissing black citizens who needed assistance filling out forms, which is what she gets paid to do, turn them away telling them to come back at 2:00pm. Shortly after at 11:00am a bailiff walks in with a white gentleman in his mid 50s. He says “hey Jess this is a buddy of mine” he needs help filling out some forms for child support!

While the black folks who were in the hallway wating for the next 3hrs, she lets the man in placing him at the front of the line as a favor to the bailiff. She thought no one noticed but I did!

As for me I had to do everything for myself because after I told her she didn’t know how to do her job! Shortly after her incompetent intern misinformed me on what my next steps were for a small claim, she said she was “done with me”....

So I asked her for her supervisors number. Someone who she says goes by the name Karen! She then proceeds to give me said number on a post it note and when I called it guess who picked up? Jessica. She said she would fwd me to Karens voicemail but hung up on me instead! SHE DESERVES TO BE FIRED
