Magnificent! The Best Chinese food I've tasted yet in the North! The service was a bit slow because of not enough staff but very friendly service, just the same. The prices were very reasonable for the servings. If I could afford to I would try everything on the menu...someday, maybe I will.

I've been to the Golden Peacock several times.
Always quality food...the service A+ and cocktails are delicious.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in the area worth trying. Everything was pretty good, only thing is the sweet and sour chicken could have used a bigger cup of sauce otherwise it was great.

We were very impressed with our first visit to Golden Peacock! After discovering that our longtime “go-to” Chinese food establishment in Springfield, underwent a change of ownership (we had been loyal customers there, for over 30 years), and that along with the change of ownership, came changes to the food (not for the better), we realized that we needed to begin a search for a new, replacement “go-to” Chinese restaurant. This “search” led us to Golden Peacock. After reading a number of online reviews, and obtaining some referrals from friends and family, who have also had positive experiences here, we decided to give it a try. The food was very good! The service was impressive, as well! We found the staff to be attentive, very friendly, and well- organized. The atmosphere here, was very inviting. Carpet, tables/booths, bar area, were all very cleanly and tidy. The only minor thing that was somewhat noticeable, on our first-time visit, was that the wallpaper/wall decor was a bit dated, and that some of the wallpaper seams were pealing back a bit, off the wall, in the take-out waiting area. Again, MINOR thing! As far as the food goes, we sampled a variety of our favorite items from the menu, including chicken fingers, pork fried rice, egg rolls, and the general’s chicken. Everything was very good. Prices and food portions were reasonable. We found that the general’s chicken was a bit spicier than we were accustomed to, but aside from the “heat factor”, the flavor and texture was still excellent! The chicken fingers, egg rolls, and pork fried rice, were all very good, as well. Overall, we were very pleased with our first experience at Golden Peacock! We definitely plan on returning soon, to try some additional items off their menu.

Excellent quality food. A lot of Chinese is too greasy or leaves me not feeling so good. This is definitely good quality food without the stomachache. Spare Ribs were great not the dried up hard to chew things. Fried Rice was soft and fluffy and tasty. Well worth it had dinner combo #12 and #20

Best, home-cooked chinese in the northeast! Its like no other. A friend told me about it and I drive all the way from New York just to get this. Heaping portions, lots of options, and great prices. You have to try it.

Excellent food, the best Chinese food around. Food was hot and fresh! Orange chicken pork fried rice and crab Rangoon was on point!

Food was hot and everything tasted wonderful. We ordered 2 lunch specials. Included chicken fingers, beef lo mein, pork fried rice, spare ribs, and teriyaki beef. All a 10/10. Yum!

I usually get take out 1x weekly. Good food, excellent quantity and fair prices

We ate at the bar area and had generous portions of the fried dumplings for an appetizer and two egg rolls. We ordered the general tsao chicken and vegetable lo Mein and an order of the Han soo gai chicken also had a couple of mai tai cocktails. Have enough food for four meals plus. Thanks Andy and haung for a great meal. Recently came back and had the pu pu platter for two.

Bruhhh…. .. I don’t write reviews often, hardly at all actually but I was doing a motorcycle course in their plaza over the weekend and was hungry when it was over and this is coming from someone that lived 32 years of his life in NY, where there’s a Chinese restaurant on every corner, this is HANDS DOWN the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Maybe a few Pennie’s more expensive than most places but it’s 1000% worth it. (Btw I got the the general Tso’s chicken)

This is the best Chinese Food around. The people that work there are really nice and the food is always so delicious. I know people that travel from other towns to go to this restaurant!

Great food and Great staff! The waitress is SUPER friendly and fun! Definitely suggest going here and having her wait on you!!!

Best Chinese food in Westfield. If you know, you know!

Pre-Covid when we were able to go in to eat it was great. The waitress all the staff were very personable and friendly. My husband and I (Bob) always had a good time there. Great Scorpion bowls.
During Covid we ordered the take-out and it was still fantastic. So glad they were able to still stay open for take-out. Food is great very highly recommended.

Go to for take out-even through it's a 40 min drive! Hot, fresh, consistently delicious food and a friendly staff. The owner's sister is amazing, remembers customers even if we haven't been in so long. She recalls the smallest details (my mom prefers the packets of soy sauce, she brings them with her meal). Never have been disappointed with dining in or take out. Reasonable and good portions, accommodating with substitutions.

Best Chinese food in westfield hands down.

This place is amazing , they have the best staff and the best Chinese in western mass!

My husband and I got the pu pu platter for 2 and a scorpion bowl everything was delicious!
