Isaiah helped me and was extremely kind. Although the store was busy when I went, Isaiah made me feel like a priority and gave me his undivided attention. I would definitely recommend everyone to use Tmobile especially if Isaiah is the one helping them. Thank you Isaiah! :)

My wife and I experienced outstanding customer service from the Manager Ms Chaz, and a woman named Melannie. We owned an iPhone, less than a year old , which had a cracked back screen. They very patiently took us through the process of replacing the phone.
We have always loved T Mobile. The experience with these two young ladies have made us TMobile customers for life!! I can’t thank them enough!

Excellent customer service at this location. The employee I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful. I came in with a cracked phone screen and wanted to know what my options were (getting it fixed vs upgrading the phone). He looked up my account and gave me a few ideas on what I could do next, and even asked his management if it was possible to upgrade my phone in its current condition (unfortunately it wasn't). He didn't pressure me to purchase anything, but he genuinely cared about my opinions as a customer. Great experience!

I was skeptical at first, and I usually always go to the one in Holyoke cause they are great. The folks here are also amazing!! I had such a great experience, and they were honest and straightforward. They are super friendly and it feels great to be able to get the same quality service down the street as I would going to over to Holyoke. I would give them more stars if I could.

Staff and Management know their tech and always give great service with pleasant personalities. They all go above and beyond.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and an upbeat environment. I don't go to any other T-mobile!

Love the store, love the workers, they make you feel like actual people, they are very understanding, and are dedicated to help their costumers.

The people complaining here because they want to pay a bill while they are helping dedicatedly their costumers with actual problems are just pathetic. and don't know how to use a computer or a phone to pay a bill.

I don't know his name, but this is a shout out to the nicest people at the desk at my local Tmobile! I am a customer (and have been for a long time), who had a non-customer visiting me for the weekend. He had forgotten his charging cord, and it was for a new Samsung that doesn't use a standard charger. I stopped in on the off chance they had one to purchase. We didn't see any on the walls so stood in line for our turn (it is always busy there), and my fabulous service person went into the back and brought out a new cord. He just gave it to us! (hope that doesn't get you in trouble:>}) I offered to bring it back after my friend left, but he just smiled. That was amazing! Cheers:>}

I had never visited this location before today but will now continue to do so any time I need assistance or wish to make a purchase. The staff were attentive, helpful, thorough, friendly and thoughtful. Especially Briana. She has tremendous patience and helped me solve the issues I presented to her with a professionalism rarely found in customer service anymore.
I am not easy to please as a consumer and have very high standards. These folks impressed me. (Y hablan espanol)

Great Service! The manager Chaz was nice and friendly. Chaz helped me with a very complicated situation and resolved it quickly! I wasn’t waiting for hours like most places!
