I was thousands of miles from home and my husband passed away. Desert Lawn, especially Richard helped me through the entire process. He kept me informed and was kind and compassionate. He made a tough time bearable.

I can't say enough good things about Desert Lawn. These people helped more than I could say. Richard is very professional and genuine. He made the experience of taking care of my husband after his death smooth and truly respectful. The staff was always there to answer any questions. I really felt that these people were there for me when I needed them.

When my grandfather passed away the staff was so caring and so helpful in guiding my grandmother in every step of the way while consoling her. Everything was fine in a timely matter and the headstone is beautiful. If. Your looking for a place to treat your loved one with dignity and care, Desert Lawn is definitely the place.

Everyone was so nice and helpful during the hardest and most confusing time of my life. 5 stars for sure!

Other than the fact that they never return phone calls after leaving messages for two or three times I have no problem with them. The people are all nice, Luis is great. I have not needed services yet, I just had my cremation stuff transferred and started payments on the burial plot. Unfortunately I just found out months later that my funeral home transfer paper was never sent in. This is where the lack of returning calls comes in. So good people, just administration needs some work.

The person that was suppose to be handling my mother's cremation just left without saying anything. I am trying to communicate and end up having to go in to office to find out that person was no longer working with them. Then I asked the funeral home if they would call me immediately and let me know when the cremation process had been done. Was sitting here waiting and waiting.... tried contacting them a couple of times. I finally get the information nearly 2 months later that my mom was cremated already. I am so hurt and disappointed with how poorly my feelings were treated. Why did they not tell me? I find out almost 2 months later.

This place is boldface liars to your face. My fiance passed way and instead of treating me with compassion they treated me like I was a dirty dog and they flat out lied to me about the Death certificate. I would not recommend this I have several friends that would not recommend it they all recommend silver Bells diamond sons.

These people are the most unprofessional people ever!!!! They never call you, my mom has been dead a month and no call no communion!
