Alex and Jon were the most polite and efficient delivery people we have ever had! Prompt, early (with notice) and made sure things were cleaned up and working before they left. We really appreciate them!

Love my standley sofa, lounger. It’s so comfortable,soft and well made. It took a while to be made here, but worth the wait. Everyone at Robys are great. They are welcoming friendly and very helpful.

With a 'welcome to your new home' coupon in hand, my husband and I explored the McMinnville Roby's for the first time. With only an hour until they closed, Rudy greeted us and patiently talked us through how Roby's works. He then left us alone to shop and talk to each other. Came back once to check on us. We didn't feel watched or prodded. When we were ready for some help, Rudy was there. We came home with a perfect piece of furniture for the space where we needed a tv stand. Not your typical tv stand, but just what we wanted. The Mango Wood Cabinet with Metal Top from the Crestview Collection looks great! We would definitely shop at Roby's and with Rudy again! Roby’s is over an hour drive one-way from where I live, but it is worth the drive! Excellent customer service by Brenda and all the employees we spoke with. I will definitely go to Roby’s next time I am making a furniture purchase. Here’s my story. My 91 mom really wanted a glider this Summer. After many hours of research, we decided to get a Polywood glider. We decided to buy it online, but saw that it wouldn’t arrive for about 6 weeks and by then Summer would be almost over. Then we found Roby’s. From the moment we called, they just seemed so friendly and helpful. I was so excited to learn that they had the exact glider we wanted to purchase. I explained that we were over an hour away, leaving at 4:30 pm, and that I was concerned if we hit any traffic. Brenda said to not worry, and to just call if we were delayed and that they would wait for us. Fortunately, we got there with time to spare. We never felt rushed. We bought the glider, and they helped load it into my Subaru. Now my 91 year old mom gets to enjoy her glider this Summer. Thank you Brenda and Roby’s!

Everything about this experience was perfect. We found ourselves in a predicament when our old stove decided not to work. We got on the Roby's website and saw the options. Called over and Tracy helped us letting us know what was in stock. We were able to purchase over the phone. The best part was the next day delivery. Gary and Andrew showed up and were in and out in a flash. They had a bunch of cables in the truck so there was no issue there. They even took the old one away. I would definitely go back to Roby's.

We had an excellent experience at the McMinnville store. Brenda was amazing and took the time to listen to what we needed and then help us find the right bed to fit our budget. My son loves the bed. We will definitely be using them for all our future furniture needs.

We've had our issues over the years with various furniture stores and with COVID, all the corporate stores we looked at said they had no stock and we would not receive our furniture for up to 8 months! I found Roby's online and saw and read all the great reviews, so my husband had some long discussions and pretty extreme requests when he spoke to the manager, Jeremy at Roby's in McMinnville, about purchasing a complete bedroom set. Not only did Jeremy have patience with us, he literally accommodated all of my husband's requests!

When comparing prices online for the bedroom set we wanted, Roby's also had the best prices and, on top of that, we were given a really good discount for purchasing over a certain amount.

We were sent to Sam to complete our purchase (and set-up a date for delivery. Since some of the pieces we wanted were at some of Roby's other stores, she coordinated the sale and delivery of those items and they were all delivered at the same time- 14 days later as opposed to 8 months!

Delivery day went off without a hitch. We looked over all the pieces For any major flaws before they brought it up. Bret and Preston were very friendly and professional and got the job done pretty fast especially considering we live on the 3rd floor.

So, I can't say enough great things about Roby's! We are more than happy with our new bedroom set! Our ENTIRE first experience with Roby's was OVER-and-ABOVE anything we expected! We have a couple more things to purchase and will continue to shop only at Roby's for all our furniture from now on. We will also refer everyone we know to Roby's. I'd rather spend our money at a small family business that treats customers exceptionally well than big corporations that don't know a thing about customer service.

A few weeks ago we had the need for a new refrigerator, and researched local stores to find the perfect fridge. Roby’s in McMinville had the model we were interested in, and they did not disappoint. Joe and his associates were very attentive and helpful in facilitating our fridge purchase (the model was even $100 less expensive than the same one at a nearby ‘big box’ store). After noting a small cosmetic ding in one of the doors (a common occurrence with display models, of which we purchased) they provided us with a repair person to replace the door for no extra cost. Delivery a few days later was fantastic and careful, with two attentive and positive movers who completed clean removal of our old fridge and installation of our new fridge within 15 minutes.
Overall we were greatly impressed with everyone who helped us at Roby’s in McMinville. Bravo to the manager and associates there. Oh, and there were some amazingly comfy chairs we sat in there…may have to go back! :)

From the moment we entered the store to the day our furniture was delivered - we had an excellent experience with Roby's. Our salesperson Brenda was exceptional - pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. With zero pressure, we were able to take our time in deciding the style and material that would best suit our needs. On the day of delivery, Chris and Devin were prompt, friendly, and efficient - and even had a treat for the dog. Thank you Brenda, Chris, and Devin... it was really nice working with you.

My husband and I went to the McMinnville store and it was such a wonderful experience. We had Brenda help us and her customer service was excellent! She was so knowledgeable about the quality of the furniture and spent a quite a bit of time helping us pick out the right couch, 2 end tables & 2 beautiful rockers! We won't ever bother going into another Salem furniture store after shopping there. The delivery guys were amazing too, very clean with such good manners. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I walked into the Roby's here in Mac and I was greeted by Samantha H. She was friendly, asked me questions and I told her I was looking for a sectional. So she showed me where they were and I went and tested some but they just weren't the right feel. So she asked me a few more questions and said wait I have something in a different area that you might like. I was wanting to keep the price kinda low for right now and she showed me a cream colored couch with 4 little pillows. I sat down and I went yep I want this one. Well we got it delivered today and I still love it. My dogs even love it. So thank you very much Samantha, you definitely have our business. As you can tell from the picture the dogs love it. Leslie

I've never written a review on anything before but this was such a good experience... We always want to support local, but thought we couldn't afford it with big things like appliances. My sister told me that Roby's was priced competitively with Lowe's, so we checked it out. Yep, the EXACT same price for what we needed. We ended up purchasing a Bosch dishwasher and a stand up freezer as well. A few weeks later, when the freezer stopped cooling, we called Roby's. They went above and beyond to take good care of us and get our freezer fixed. Rudy in particular was a genuine delight to work with. WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL BUYING APPLIANCES AT LOWE'S?! Do yourself a favor - keep your dollars in Oregon - you'll be treated exceptionally and won't spend a dime extra.
