Had a great customer experience when someone came to me in the isle and asked how he could help. We left without making a purchase but said that we would probably be back. The young lady at the self check out was very courteous and said have a wonderful day. Tonight, we go back, ask for help loading a heavy item and David, the assistant manager was amazing! It’s rare to find this kind of service and it’s definitely appreciated!

What a wonderful experience I had! I’d like to thank Aubree for helping me with my lumber project and I’d like to thank Gary for caring out the countertop I needed. But it just wasn’t them. It was the person helping me find the countertops and it was the cashier who easily pulled up my business account when I couldn’t find my card.

First time I got to go into Lowe’s was today! I have been looking for speaker wire which for some reason is scarce at the usual outlets around town and found they might have some in stock.
I liked Lowe’s better than some of the other hardware stores because it has more of a retail store feel and layout versus a warehouse, airplane hanger decor.
Their selection is more eclectic and in line my taste!
Most of all, they had their website updated so they did have exactly what I was looking for!

Everything we needed for our home improvements! We got a military discount on top of the great sales price on the paint! Leticia in the paint department was a great help and was able to secure a discount for us. They didn't have enough 5 gallon buckets of what we needed so they gave us 5 1-gallon cans at the rate of the 5 gallon. Everyone was helpful and appreciative of our patronage.

Just had a refrigerator delivered. They notified me letting me know they were finished with a job and were on their way. They were very polite and helpful. These two guys were from the McMinnville store. Big shout out to Jason and Menjival. Great job!!!

Love the 10% military discount. Huge variety of choices. Was looking for shower tile and found everything we wanted. Outstanding help!

They have great employees and everything you can't think of for your house.

Lowe's is gigantic and a great place to shop. They seem to have fantastic people who are more than willing to help you find items that you are searching for. They also have signage posted on every aisle, however, the employees still want to help you out, this day in age this is an exception for a lot of businesses. All in all I consider this an awesome place to shop.

Super clean, helpful staff, there's always someone to help you out. Wonderful plant selection and smart organization too! Bathrooms were super clean too

I had a bad online order delivered with about 20% of the my pavers chipped and unusable. I ordered about 200 . First I called Hillsboro to see if I could return them there or get a delivery pick up. They said do the inventory I needed to call Mcminnville since they were the ones that fulfill the order and delivery initially. I was quite confused as I thought I could return anything to any store. They told me to call Mcminnville at Hillsborough. So I then Called customer service at Mcminnville and they transferred me to Mike the manager. Mike was very professional kind and patient with me as I asked him if I could get a replacement delivery and return since I already paid the delivery fee of $85 for the first delivery. Mike took care of the pickup return for me (I live about 45 minutes away so I don’t want to drive all the way to Mcminnville to do a return that I already had paid to have delivered ) and then gave me what I needed to replace the damaged pavers, if I ever go to the Mcminnville Lowe’s, I am sure to want to give him a handshake and thank him for his helpfulness professionalism and wanting to make the customer happy. I am very pleased. I usually go to the Hillsboro Lowe’s because I’m a lot closer as I live in Cornelius Cornelius this phone call happened on Tuesday and he was able to get my delivery and return pick up scheduled for Thursday. I am so happy as I have an event on Saturday that I need to build a patio for. Whenever you order pavers are brick for delivery, make sure you order an extra 20% as some of them may be damaged. friendly and helpful but the top the phone BOT goes the 5 stars. i was in the market for weed-eater line and called before making the trip to find out whether or not they had what I was looking for in stock, and to my surprise, the automated phone service was brilliant!

typically, when faced with the automated answer tree I steadily and repeatedly push the zero (to trip it up) until i'm routed to a human because it doesn't know what to do with me.

not this time! she asked what i was looking for, I told her, she repeated it to me (excellent three way communication) told me what was available and offered to text me a link to which i could go and see for myself and see how much each options would cost.

of course i said yes and low-and-behold right then a message came thru delivering exactly what was promised.

WOW you gotta try it even if you're not in the market for anything in particular. I don't know, call about butcher board oil or something ... anything.

I've been here many times since we moved to the McMinnville area. I have to say it's the best Lowe's I've ever been to. I've always gotten great customer service and tonight was no exception. Alex, from the paint area, was able to match a color of a specific stain I needed for my fence. I really appreciate the great service.

My new dishwasher was promptly delivered by Christian - BNS and Alexander. They were polite and friendly. Thank you.

I called to see if we could return, get the right ones and a pick up the wrong shower doors. He said it wasn't a problem and he would take care of it. Yay! I thanked him and said I was nearly I'm tears over this remodel job..he was very empathetic. 5⭐'s for sure.

Great store! Clean and reasonably well stocked.Good customer service! All the associates we met were helpful. Jessica in cabinets did a wonderful job helping us find a custom cabinet that we needed. She took her time, was interested in our project and made it a positive experience.
