Overall great place. I have friends that work here and even with rude customers all the time they always are polite to everyone. Service is sometimes slow but only when packed and the food is good

The staff was very nice and they were very fast at thwre job and the food was phenomenal.

I had ordered 2 12-packs of soft taco supremes, one pack with no tomatoes. The food was surprisingly put together nicely - I say surprisingly because with the speed at which we received our food I had expected to open some of the tacos and see kind of a mess. But the food was done well, it was labeled correctly, and separated the way it needed to be..... And the employees we interacted with quite respectful and very nice and didn't seem rushed or frustrated by the large surprise order at all. Impressive, to say the least. My opinion of this store has definitely changed, in a good way

We used the drive-through, so the atmosphere doesn't really apply that's why no stars.
But the service was wonderful. The girl working the drive-through was Awesome! There was a line, but she handled everything with a smile & positive attitude. The food was good also.

4 times in a row I ordered Cinnamon Twists and paid for them, all 4 times they didn't put them in the bag. Everything else is always there just not cinnamon twists. I understand that people make mistakes at work, I sure do, but what are the odds of them not putting that one specific item in the bag 4 times in a row? Either this happens to everybody, or I need to start playing the lottery. 5 stars anyway, whatever

I often enjoy stopping here for food. The service is always professional and rather quick. Despite the shortage of staff the wait is never very long and the quality of food is still good. Obviously people know about Taco Bell and I think it's great that we have one here in town.

I give it 5 stars. I have ordered a few times from the app. My order was correct once and the other times my order was not. Luckily the staff was super great and made the changes to my order so that I could get what I wanted. They are quick and efficient with orders. This is usually a popping Taco Bell. Right off the highway. Good location. Can't really miss it. If your looking for some quick tacos, then Taco Bell might be your fix.

My favorite taco bell location. Had the post office and 7/11 in the same parking lot. Super convenient. Although they do forget something in my order every time I go like forgetting to switch something out or just not giving us something on our order but that seems typical for any fat food establishment anymore. No big 😜

Had to do a catering meal and my order was wrong, they were awesome and redid my entire meal, I appreciate all of them being extremely fast with making that many tacos in that short if time

I went thru drive up, 3 cars ahead of me, seemed above average speed getting orders done. Food was good.

Great service! The cashiers are always super friendly and helpful!
(In response to the comments complaining about how long the drive thru takes. If each car averages 4 minutes from ordering to picking up their food, and there are 8 cats ahead if you, you would logically expect to wait 32 minutes until you place your order, and 38 when you pick up your order.)

Service was quick, line was short for it being 10pm and food was warm so can't complain here!

Great staff, friendly and professional. They also prepared the food exceptionally well in comparison to other Taco Bell Restaurants and to the previous experiences I've had at the same Taco Bell Restaurant.

Also, despite my initial lack of confidence in the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco, after trying it I have decided it is in the top 3 chicken sandwiches you can get at a chain fast food restaurant.

Great service, such friendly customers. Even though they were slammed they held it together, and continued the great customer service. The company is having a shortage of products right now, so you have to be patient with them and understand that they are just employees trying their best. Its not their fault that the company is out of a certain item

Quick and friendly service at 11:45pm. It was a long line but we moved quickly.

Excellent experience dropping by this Taco Bell location. The food was moderately priced compared to some inflated locations I’ve been to lately that nickel and dime you for sour cream and what not. Customer service was on point. Yuli was awesome. I asked her how far I was from Lincoln City and she was kind enough to get me the info. I would have run out of gas otherwise saving me from utter disaster! Food was tasty and made quickly. I’d decided to go back for breakfast and the crunch wraps were great. I’d definitely go back!!!!

This was the best drive thru I have ever been to out of any fast food place I have been. Workers were nice and got the order completed very fast. As a bonus the lady working the window gave us enough Diablo sauce to last month's. Wish I could give an unlimited amount of stars for this great service.

I think the management changed recently because it’s a whole lot better than it used to be. Service is a lot quicker, it looks more organized and clean inside, and they actually get my order right when I go through the drive-thru. Which was actually a huge problem till now.
