Friendly gentleman took my order and made my order fresh from that point. The prices are much better than the gold chopsticks place located nearby and the prices are much lower. I think the food was actually better too. More, and better food for a fraction if the price to me is a no brainer. Smart customers will definitely go here. I will be returning soon and often.

They have really good food even though the place looks a little sketchy. The chicken was really good and crispy and not too drenched in sauce like everything at golden chopsticks

The best Chinese food in the area and cheap with large portions. It takes me 2 or 3 sittings to finish a combination dinner because the containers are full to the brim. I have never had a bad meal here and I can’t recommend this place enough!

They have definitely upgraded since covid times. Great food to price ratio, plus now the cook has got extra help which helps him and us. Food was great. I Can't complain. I will purchase again in the future.

love this place. Been going here for 15+ years and the food is always great and made fresh and still hot when we get home. I have tried it all and like it all. Prices are good and helpings are too. Best fried rice in a 25 mile area and I now live in Ludlow where they have the worst food ever. I travel back to the Joy Wah to enjoy a home cooked meal of shrimp fried rice and orange chicken. Nicest owners ever! You can eat there too.

Some of the best fast food Chinese in West Springfield. Only thing is they don't offer delivery, and the dine in option is minimal

I really love the food here. They cook the way you want. My granddaughter is allergic to egg, they make the pork fried rice without the egg for us. Always fast and serving size is good.

I tried it the other day and it was very good. I have bben going to the same restaurant for the last 7 years so i decided to try something different. So i tried new joy and i can say is by far the best chinese restaurant in the area. They give you alot of food ! I will visit them again soon !
