The food is simply amazing. From the first drink, an Old Fashion to the bread for dipping into EVOO, to the entree of Linguine and Calms they continue to impress. Just a perfect present of complex yet simple food. Service was fantastic.

The Pepperoni 🍕 was good, I ordered the thick crust 16", I give it a 8.5 out of 10. Good crust, good sauce, tasty pepperoni! I've had the Buffalo Chicken 🍕 many times, It is absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend the Pizza. Still in search for a better 🍕 then Frank Pepe's Napolitano 🏆. The search continues.

We love the pizzas at Bella Napoli!! We did not realize the size of the pizza we ordered.. 2 of them actually... And the party size was soooooo big we could not carry them on our lap to get them home!!! LOL they were great!!!

The big boss was in from Chicago and actually picked this place off of Google. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My coworker and I had a big lunch so we decided to split a salad and small Margherita pizza. We thought it would be personal size, but it was huge! Actually took 2 pieces home. Definitely upscale for West Springfield.

They have the best gorgonzola bread around 🤗 There pizza is good. Just had there dough bits yum . Thank your staff very polite. Order grozola bread was burt 😝steak & ch where the ch and mushrooms onions got peppers😝. What happen😞😞😞

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Pizza was excellent. Ordered a large cheese pizza and there were not any leftovers with 3 people eating. When looking at the restaurant, the doors on the right are for sit down service while the doors on the left are for take out. Highly recommend them!

The food was outstanding and we had great service. The Salumeria pizza for the appetizer, deconstructed ceasar salad, Halibut special for my wife and the pasta with peas and pancetta with a farm fresh egg for mine. The fish was cooked to perfection with amazing mashed potatoes with capers. The pasta was packed with fresh flavor!

Chicken parm and ribeye were both amazing. May have been best steak I've had in years from a restaurant. Their bread was amazing too... cannot wait to have it at the restaurant with dipping sauce. Latitude and BNapoli are battling for the best restaurant in western ma. Give this place a try, you won't regret it!!!

I basically live on the road and for years I have ordered the same thing trying to find it as good as it was when I was a kid in Staten Island.

Cool place. Definitely on the "fancier" side but not such much so that you need to wear a suit or anything.

The food was delicious. I had a margarita pizza and my girlfriend had the Alfredo. The drinks were great and we had a huge selection of wines to shoce from. From the drinks, apps, entre and desert, it was a very good experience. The staff was attentive, though almost hovering. I'll be back for sure.

Even though I couldn't call this place the best pizza joint in West Springfield without a few people getting mad at me, it is my childhood favorite and has consistently made delicious pizzas at high speeds for years. Since quarantine, every employee I've interacted with has been masked, and very polite.
