Amy in service is very helpful and good at her job. This dealership fixed my problem in reasonable time and cost. Honda corporate, on the other hand will not cover this problem (a REAL safety issue that was only covered during warranty period with a service bulletin).

This dealership is stellar! We went to two dealerships in Las Vegas and one in lake Havasu and then we came to route 66 motorsports. This by far had the most knowledgeable most friendly, positive atmosphere you could ask for. Ask for Tina she knows her stuff. The pricing here was very competitive even with Las Vegas. Overall this was a very pleasant shopping experience.

We were broke down on the side of the highway 30 miles from our motorhome and 500 mile's from home. Mike not only brought us the part, 40 miles away, but also helped us replace the belt. Best customer service ever! 10+ stars1

Very good people, and very true to their word. I'm located in Scottsdale, AZ and i was working with Kyle on trading in my motorcycle. Of course i wanted to get the deal in motion before i made a 7 hour round trip to go and see it. We both came to an agreement over the phone and i made my way there. Upon appraisal of my motorcycle he found some things i was unaware of and i figured right then and there the deal was done. Anyways, He still held his promise on what we agreed upon over the phone. I was in total shock. Thank you Kyle and the whole route 66 motorsports crew. You are great people. I will be dealing with you in the future.

It's clean, but crowded inside, and they need more women's gear.

I was riding through headed to Kansas City and needed an oil change on a GoldWing DCT. Stopped to see if they could fit me in. In and out about 2 hrs. Friendly service.

Living in Las Vegas it is a 170 mile round trip for service at Rt 66 (kingman HD). I recommend these guys as they are friendly and have an ability to diagnose and resolve problems that other dealers just want me to throw money at! IMHO they just don't get any better than Carl and David!

The knights of Columbus here in Kingman hosted an event at the Harley dealership and whatever proceeds people donated are going to be donated to charity. Everyone at the Harley dealership was awesome!
