Duck Pond at Stanley Park

Another beautiful day with the kids (or without 😉). There is always much to take in - the Koi fish in the larger end of the duck pond, the various kinds of geese, ducks, and the lone swan who make their way all around the pond. I love the size of this area which allows some space for visitors to freely linger, rest and soak in it, or make it a brisk walk around the perimeter walkway. Bring quarters if you wish to participate in the feeding. I never get tired of repeatedly visiting here! It is well-maintained.
The entire Stanley Park is such a blessing and staple for locals and those coming into town. It's free and there are various access points to park. Enjoy yourself!

Very nice duck park

This place was really cool. Great place to take a walk, or just go to decompress. Lots of beautiful birds here with feeding stations for .25. Lots of great scenery as wall as other things to do in the area. This was my first time going here and I will most certainly be going back soon.

Lots of Geese and Ducks! Do NOT bring bread--its bad for the birds environment. Instead, bring quarters to buy their food from machines by the pond. Happy Birds will thank you for it!

Lovely spot for a walk.

It's a duck pond! How can it really be bad? Fed some geese and goslings watched the koi fish and it had a really nice breeze today. Real pleasant place for a picnic.

It is very relaxing and alot of shade. Their are beautiful koi fish in the pond, alot of ducks and swans. It is a big park. Good for walking, sitting and relaxing and a park for the kids. The park is beautiful.

This area of the park is beautiful it's amazing little geese and ducks just milling about while you walk along the exceptionally well kept paths.

So far eight (two sets of four) baby geese have survived spring 2019. Growing fast and adding delight to this beautiful park.

It is so great love feeding the ducks. It is so awesome and amazing.
