Brian and his team are simply AMAZING! They are so helpful, so smart about their craft, and a pure joy to work with. While they were very busy and had a long backlog, the results were worth the wait. DO NOT RUSH the finished product by going somewhere who can complete your project fast...it isn't worth it. We absolutely LOVE how all of our chairs and barstools turned out, especially the parsons chairs. I highly recommend them!

Reupholstered our mid century couch that has been in the family a long time. Before the couch was sagging and ripped- but no longer! Went from black vinyl to this beautiful orange fabric. So thankful to keep this piece going.

Brain and Joe are wonderful to work with and did an amazing job on my family's heirloom child's rocking chair! They where VERY knowledgeable about the materials used in the late 40's and new exactly what I was explaining from my Mom's memory of the original look of the chair and they got it perfectly! I originally reached out to several reupholstering companies and Kepler's was the only one who responded and they responded promptly and provided a great price and were always helpful and kept me up-to-date on what was going on and even took photos through the reupholstering process and shared them with me and, my family loved seeing them as much as I did. They even accommodateed my special request NOT to repair the damage on the rocking arms as I wanted to keep some of the family history of use as well as being flexible in letting me make corrections as I clarified things with my Mom and getting back to them with the corrected information. I will take all of my future reupholstering business to Kepler's as they are wonderful people who do amazing work!! Thank you Brain, Joe and craftsman!

We went to Kepler's for the first time (a recommendation from my mother-in-law who is extremely particular about her furniture) to discuss rebuilding and reupholstering a couch. I brought the measurements and we discussed the process, timing, and cost estimate. We also discussed fabric options considering we have pets. We borrowed 3 books of fabric examples and colors to try at home. Went back about 5 days later having picked the color but not sure about the fabric. We also brought in two cushions (at their request to examine the filler) and a throw from the couch to ensure the fabric color we chose at home looked good in a different light. The owners were very helpful confirming the color and showing us examples of the fabric used on other furniture in the shop. (Their work looks really beautiful). Although very busy, they spent as much time as needed with us. Be prepared to wait many weeks to get on their schedule and for a down payment of about 1/3, but so far we are very impressed with this shop and pleased with our selection. I'll update this review once our couch is finished.
Update on 2/9/21:
We received our rebuilt and reupholstered couch today, 2/9/21. It was finished in the timeframe originally estimated and just slightly over the original cost estimate (because of a cracked support rail that required replacing). For about 30 yrs old, our couch looks brand new. It's beautiful! High quality work and beautiful craftsmanship. It was an investment to extend the life of a quality piece of Ethan Allen furniture and it's ready for another 30 yrs. We're so pleased. Thank you Kepler's!

These guys did a fantastic job on recovering a soft chair in preparation for bringing home our daughters new baby. She will use this chair to nurse from. Child was born many weeks early and Kepler‘s got the job done within a week of the birth, seven weeks earlier than expected. Their rates are very reasonable and quality of the work perfect. Will always use them for further upholstery needs.

I purchased my furniture more than 20 years ago from Parkers. It desperately needed a refresh. Brian and Joe expertly (and patiently) guided me to make the most perfect choices! My pieces are stunning!! The fabrics are so me! I can't begin to thank them enough, the quality will last me another 20 years! There is no one better! Thank you both! I'm so happy!!

Kepler's was recommended to us and we can see why! We have a neat old chair that needed new cushions. Brian and Joe were super easy to work with. They were very helpful and were able to get the work done early. Our chair looks fantastic- the cushions are perfectly fit to the chair, and they even cleaned up and treated the wood. It looks great. This will definitely be our go-to for any other upholstery needs.

Boy! I’m so glad I waited for my Stickley settle to get “fixed up”. I have owned this piece of furniture for 30 years and these guys brought it back to new again! I’m even more in love with this couch now.

Brian and Joe are always very gracious and have provided us with excellent service. We had some bar chairs reupholstered and they look better than new! Work was done in a very timely manner and surpassed our expectations. If you have a unique piece that needs a “lift” or an old favorite that needs upholstery, I highly recommend Kepler’s!

Absolutely the best...I was able to perfectly match fabric from at least 40 years ago and our chairs have been rebuilt, recovered and are look terrific. We had car issues that delayed our picking the chairs up and Keplers
advised us to just wait until we could carry them safely as they are white. They operate just like wholesale showrooms and their selection is wonderful. Don't expect to have them begin your job the day after you go in as they have about a 5 month wait list but the job is pure quality ad I love the owners.

This upholstery shop should your first stop if you need your furniture re-upholstered. Brian and Joe take their time with each client and suggest options for your project. We had a triangle stool that they took and made even better than when we first purchased it. The cost was close to the price of buying something new, but the quality of the work and supporting local craftsmanship make this purchase a bargain.

We love our sofa! The quality and workmanship are fantastic and the professional, friendly people made our experience with Kepler's a win win!

My wife and I liked our 25+ year old Danish 3-piece sectional, but it looked old and shabby and needed some love - and new upholstery. After extensive research, we found Kepler's Upholstery & Custom Furniture. Brian and his team did a fantastic job, from helping us select the right fabric to providing minor structural repairs. He even did some custom work on one of the seat cushions (the one I usually sit on) to stiffen it up a bit more than the other cushions, per my request. It came out perfect!

Brian visited us at our home before work began, to examine the couch and ask a variety of questions regarding how we wanted the finished version to look. Brian's personal touch was so welcoming - its hard to find this level of care in most businesses these days and made us feel like Kepler's would treat our couch like their very own.

The final costs were quite reasonable (less than buying a new sectional) and our couch now looks and feels brand new. We even had Kepler's wrap some pillows using the same material. We are so impressed with Kepler's work we're looking around the house for other items to have them reupholster. Kepler's is Highly Recommended!

Keplers did a beautiful job for us upholstering 7 chair seats and 4 bar stool seats in leather. The seats look amazing and we couldn’t be happier with their service and the quality of their work.

My wife and I had expensive, modern dining chairs with metallic gold vinyl seating. Vinyl and cats apparently don't go together, because they slide across it, and dig their nails in to stop from falling off, causing a lot of holes and skids. We wanted to re-upholster our 6 chairs with something modern and retain the metallic look, so we visited Keplers. They had so many patterns and colors to choose from, you could spend hours if you wanted to. We found a perfect cloth fabric that had a metallic sheen on it. They were friendly and helpful, they got it done ahead of their estimated time, and the craftsmanship was top level, not a flaw on them.

My chairs look amazing! 100% recommend this place. Genuinely nice and thoughtful owners!

I've always came here to get my upholstery jobs done. I have never been disappointed with the end results. Brian and Joe have an amazing talent of taking my most beat up pieces and actually making something incredible out of it. I would reccomend this place to anyone who values quality work.

If you want it done right this is the place to go. They cater to any style of furniture. New or old . Anything with fabric is acclible here.

They are currently working on a very unusual settee for me. Brian and Joe are very helpful and intuitive at finding the perfect fabric for your peice. Can't wait to see my new Madman Loveseat restored to it's Mid Century even Classier Coolness. I'll have a Martini, shaken not stirred, please.
