H&W Carpets

Just got a room done with H&W, process was pretty seamless start to finish. Fairly quick turn around and their contracted installers were awesome! Will 100% use them again. Hopefully, they reply to this review with contractors company name so I can leave them a five star review as well!

Nothing but great service from H&W. I loved working with a local owner. We considered Home Depot but the service was through a third party which was not as friendly or easy to deal with. Marv at H&W was extremely helpful in helping us make a decision for our new home. The installers were also very good and efficient in stalling our new carpets and bathroom flooring. We will continue to work with H&W in the future because of our great experiences so far.

H&W had done our bathroom floor, looks great, good price. So it was easy to recommend them to my 88 yr old dad when he needed bathroom flooring. I grabbed samples with awesome help at front counter (sorry can't remember her name). We made our decisions then H&W took over. Quoted within a day, scheduled work and showed up with no delays. Soon after starting they found floor rotted due to a broken toilet flange. We went into scramble mode to find a plummer since my step mom, disabled due to a stroke, needed bathroom access ASAP. Got lucky found one, Beaverton Plumming that could be out next AM. Called H&W to explain the delay and again they took it upon themselves to take control. To get the floor done without delay they had their installer talk and send pictures directly to the plummer, allowing me to get out of the middle. Due to their OUTSTANDING customer service the floor repair, plumming fixed and vinyl installation was completed within 24 hrs. WOW🙏🙏. It looks fantastic, half the price we were expecting and what could have been tramatic was one of the best service experiences EVER!!

What can I say, they were great! Our home is relatively new, 4.5 yrs old, we're original owners yet the carpet and pad that came with the new house didn't last long, and my wife and I are easy on stuff. H&W came to the rescue. Marvin gave us a great deal on the absolute best 8lb pad and great Shaw carpet. The did the whole house in 2 days (we had to move furniture, otherwise if the house was empty could have been in the same day). The initial stepping on to the new carpet was so nice! Wow! It's amazing what a nice carpet and pad will do. Feels so good under your feet! The installers did a great job as well! Great guys! I'm recommending H&W to my parents for their house. We're very pleased!

I needed my house carpeted in a hurry because I was selling it. I was hoping to support a local business and I heard good things about H&W. The entire team exceeded my expectations at every step. They have a great selection of carpets and a friendly sales staff. Marvin came over right away and gave me a reasonable quote. The only problem we encountered was that two of his installation teams were away. Marvin got to work calling around and was able to secure a team and get my house carpeted within 3 days! The carpet looks great and I was able to get the house on the market right away. Thanks Marvin and H&W!

Alex is awesome at his job. Fast on bids, fast on install scheduling. Been using H & W for about 3 years working at The Alpine Group and they used them for long before I showed up and we’ll keep using them for as long as the service quality remains

The "Family Owned" is generally over-hyped in advertisements. H&W is the reason I want to deal with a family owned store. H&W has three generations working, and they all do a great job. No waiting for my salesman to be in, everyone just gets questions answered, and the job done. I particularly appreciated the carpet education, it made buying decisions easier, and more confident. I will defiantly be doing business with H&W in the future!

This post is way past due. I wanted to write a review last year but life was crazy. My mom bought carpet from a local person who turned out to be a horrible customer service and after the death of my moms husband he was a horrible person. Point is I drive past this company everyday and have for years. I stopped by hoping to get leads on who will install carpet that was purchased from somewhere else. The lady at the desk I honestly cannot remember her name gave me a list of installers they use. Again sadly I cannot recall who my mother got but it was a gentlemen and his son from the list I was given and they charged for $1500 less than what she was told by the one she bought the carpet from but they also did it 3 days faster then she was told.

H&W were so wonderful to work with! Got a great quality carpet and installation for a great price and everyone was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process.
