Nathan and crew do a great job any time I take my vehicle in to them. I appreciate the photos of the “issues” that they find and that they are categorized as well. Also appreciate the total vehicle check that they do, not just focused on what the owner thinks the issue is. They found rust on my rear springs and I took the vehicle in for a brake check on the front and a CV joint replacement check. Nice to know that they do a whole vehicle check and don’t force anything that is not “road safe required” to be done. Also appreciate the military discount pricing. OVERALL: First Class Operation

Professional, friendly service.The staff kept me informed of what was being worked on, even with photos. I feel confident that the work was done right. There is a comfortable sitting area, but it is close enough to stores to walk to while you are waiting. The only slight issue is that the outdated computers supplied to this shop slow the billing process unnecessarily. However, this is my new preferred car service and repair shop. I definitely recommend it!

Great service at Meineke for my oil change and tire rotation. Friendly and professional service from Nathan and the Technician. Informed me of any other issues and completed the service promptly. Highly recommend, we'll be back for sure.

Nathen and his crew are friendly, funny, easy to work with. Our truck had to be done quickly and took some creative thinking. We had a pleasant experience and everything came back under budget.

I recently took our Toyota Prius to Meineke in McMinnville, Oregon, for an oil change. Nathan Scrafin,the store manager and his staff did a wonderful job. They were so professional, efficient, and caring, that I look forward to making my next appointment to have them repair a few things that need to be done and will prolong the life of our Toyota! We really appreciate their wonderful customer service!

I've been here twice, two different vehicles. Both times needing a diagnosis and repairs quickly. Both times they did diagnosis and helped me triage what needed to be done soon and what could wait. No high pressure scare tactics. Repairs done very quickly (within 24 hrs of when I called).

I love that you get diagnosis summary including pictures of the issues.

First time going to Meineke Car Care Center. They were very pleasant upon my arrival. Servived the car and came to me about some issues with the brakes. Went ahead and had them replaced. Very pleased with there service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a great experience here. I called and they got me in two days later, I was helped with the financing and I was shown the couple of other things that were found and also was called at home about an issue, other places would of had me make another appointment. I was told everything about prices along the way so there weren’t any surprises when I payed. Highly recommend McMinnville Meineke Car Center. I love inspection results that list out what is just fine, what will need attention soon, and what needs attention right away. It really helps to be able to plan out repairs when needed. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly; turnaround time is incredibly timely. Nathan is the best! Was able to fix my Jeep same day for a great price and when I ran in to some problems he was able to help me figure it out. I really appreciate them and helping me get my car same day so it wouldn’t affect my work. Thank you all!

Meineke in McMinnville is fantastic. I’ve used them only to complete work on my truck. A year ago they replaced the engine for me which I bought myself. Everything is perfect. My alternator went out 40 miles from home on a Saturday night. I had my truck towed to Meineke and on Monday they had my alternator replaced, oil change, tires rotated and a complete check of every system in only three hours, and they had many cars they were working on. Nathan, Ray and the entire Meineke Team are total professionals. No one else will touch my truck.

I usually avoid Meineke due to how I’ve been treated in the past but had to go in today due to availability and Michael was AMAZING! I will definitely be returning again! Make sure to see Michael for all your car help :)
