Great neighborhood hardware store. Saves driving 12 miles round trip to Home Depot or Lowe's for small items. Always had good customer service, too.

Clearly they are an order of magnitude down from The Home Depot or Lowe’s in terms of size, but they have never let me down. Think of the most obscure item you could need for your house and they probably have one. Today it was a light socket extender. Yes, there really is such a thing and they had two different types. This is not the first time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Outstanding store.

I came here looking for a small nut for my 3D printer and left with a smile. I showed the attendant in the back my screw and he went right to the correct drawer! I've also bought allen wrenches and other parts here, and I have not been disappointed yet! Awesome selection of bolts, nuts, and anything else you can think of (down to ceiling fan hardware), and incredible staff to help you find it. Wonderful experience, I highly recommend.

If you want help from knowledgeable people and personable customer service, this is the place to go. All the associates are hard working and make sure that you leave with the right tools for your project. The couple who owns the store are lovely people and you can tell they put a lot of care into their location and who they hire on to represent them. Highly recommend this location

This location is fantastic! Nice, large newer Ace Hardware location. Friendly staff who were knowledgeable AND helpful! Great selection of items. I actually found things here that I could not at that big orange chainstore. And the employees here actually knew what I was talking & asking about. Refreshing!

One of the friendliest and easiest stores to shop. Staff is not only friendly but eager to help and actually knowledgeable about their store and the products they sell. Additionally, it is easy to shop here due to the layout - two main rows on each side of the store with simple, well and appropriately group items that are easy to find. Don't compare this store to a big box store - it serves a completely different purpose and it serves it very well!

I came here for help locating a gas cap for my lawn mower and Terry the Manager helped me tremendously. They didn't have the part for sale on the floor but had an extra in the back they were able to generously donate to me. I will be an Ace customer for life because of the staff's customer service and can do attitude! Home Depot take note!

Great. Found everything I wanted. I was looking for a glass scraper. Also bought a broom and dust pan. Better quality stuff here. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about items and where to find it in store. Parking is good, they have spots dedicated to just this store. Went on a Wednesday late morning.

Handles 95% of home improvement needs with more capable staff than other home stores. Prices here can be higher than other options, but Ace is 10 times easier to navigate and I can swing in and out of here in 10 minutes with everything I need. I don’t dread going to the home store anymore!

The friendly and personal help really make a difference. They carry a ton of things important to people needing to fix or improve stuff. Also a bit of whimsy and seasonal items. I only wish the store was bigger. I'd spend even more time there.

This is an excellent store. Knowledgeable staff everywhere. You don’t ever go looking for Ace folks. They have built a great inventory. I buy what Ace has or sells. If I happen to pay a little more, so be it. I love them in the hood and has become my number 1 go to source. I bought my new Weber from Ace / PR. The entire deal was sweet. They sell top flight gear and products. I Dig it ! Most Excellent!

Very cheerful and helpful staff, a large selection of things for projects around the house. It is exactly what a hardware store should be, and they offer discounts if you shop often. Owned by a local fellow who works at the store himself and is very helpful and takes an interest in serving you.

This place is a lot bigger than its storefront makes it look. It has everything including very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. They had me in and out with just what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Good luck getting service like that at Home Depot.
