Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room configurations are great and that they are motels style with the balcony and easy to access. Breakfast is amazing. The pool is comfortable and there is literally nothing bad to say whatsoever. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you so much for an amazing visit.

Each and every employee we interacted with was smiling, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Easy access from the freeway, but the property was still nice and quiet. The continental breakfast was the perfect start to our day. We will stay here again any time we are in the Kingman area.

We love this place. From the moment I called on the phone to make our reservation the customer service was superb. Wonderful clean 1st floor pet friendly rooms. Great hot tub and pool. Buffet breakfast staff was also amazing. Shout out to housekeeping who went the extra mile.

Can't say enough good about this hotel. Staff went more than out of their way to accommodate us. Our king bed room ended up having a plumbing problem. It couldn't be fixed in a timely manner so they moved us, upgraded us, to a king deluxe room. The original room was roomy, clean and sufficient, but boy was the upgraded deluxe room magnificent! They didn't have to go to that extreme for us, but we so appreciated that they did! Regarding the hotel itself, it is very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and located in an easy to get to area, and surprisingly quiet area of town. Neither road noise nor railroad noise were an issue. Beds super comfortable, we slept really good. Breakfast food selection was decent, and staff was also outstanding and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for treating us with the best of care!

my room was extremely clean and the cable selection was great. What impressed me most was when I told the front desk clerk that I had to check out before the continental breakfast was served she told me they would have a take home box of food for me. They did and it was delicious. This is probably the best customer service I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot of them because I am a truck driver and spend nights at hotels. Anytime I’m near Kingman this is where I will be staying

Our stay was wonderful. We requested a bottom floor room and our request was honored. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door that we always frequent when we pass through Kingman. The breakfast at the hotel had lots of choices and the scrambled eggs with cheese and peppers were excellent. We will stay at this Best Western next time we pass through Kingman AZ.

Overall fantastic experience. Helpful and friendly staff, yummy breakfast, good location.
There were a few minor issues with room maintenance in terms of paint, but nothing that made it bad or uncomfortable.

Staff was great, room was nice and clean, we wound definitely come back here.

Our go-to hotel and a very top BEST WESTERN. Excepting clean, spacious room and beautiful tiled shower.
Easy parking, moderate pet fee.
Breakfast is great (wide selecting with even chorizo and spicy country fries!)

Because These beds are the most comfortable place to sleep in. You have breakfast and you're is just so nice and comfortable and I can't explain myself anymore than that but. I enjoy myself very, very much. People are nice and considerate and very, very helpful. God bless you all, thank you.

Arrived tired and ready to sleep. Front desk person went over rates and helped me select the best one appropriate for me. Gave me a bottle of water and a very good cookie. She gave me options for getting my bags to mu room, as well as breakfast times and checkout information.

Very large room, beds were comfortable. Highlight was the courteous staff and the full breakfast with room. 1 downside in our room the AC was loud every time it turned on.

I’m so glad I stopped here! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean, every staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t get over how good the breakfast was! Overall, this was an exceptional experience.

Rooms are nice, centralized heating and air. The showers are super nice. Breakfast in the morning.

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. There was a few candy wrappers left in a drawer from the previous customer, but the staff gave us a discount on our room after we let them know. I’ve never had that happen. Love the pet friendly rooms too. I would stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable, & there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The people were all bright and friendly, which really nice. The breakfast was incredible, one of the best short of a full restaurant breakfast. There were lots of choices and it was all kept full and fresh. John was so courteous & thoughtful to our every need.
I wish they were all like this.

The Kingman BW Plus is our first choice of hotels in Kingman. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is always hot and good, even during very busy times it is always stocked well. I appreciate the real plates and silverware instead of disposable ones. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great staff. Room quiet and clean. Only "bad" was shower containers were out of shampoo and body wash. Nice shower, though!

An amazing staff make this place so incredibly special. Warm friendly people await you along with large comfortable rooms and an amazing breakfast experience. Real plates to eat on, friendly staff who offer to assist you and visible quality control over food presentation. Awesome!
