Mike Riley was my service technician from Denommee Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. My appointment time was scheduled between 10 am - 12 noon. Mike arrived exactly on time. He very quickly assessed the problem with my toilet. The total amount charged was satisfactory, fair, and more reasonable than other estimates I received from 5 different businesses. Mike is very knowledgeable about his work. He is outstanding in his professionalism, and in the way he explains both the problem and resolution. As a customer you completely understand the situation/circumstances you are dealing with. An important note: When an earlier arrival time opened I was contacted by the company to ask if I would be interested in taking it. Sadly I had to keep my original appointment, but at least they let me know the opportunity was possible.
I strongly recommend Mike Riley and Denommee Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. to anyone in need of their services. I definitely will use them in the future.

We talked to at least 5 different HVAC contractors before selecting Denommee for our heat pump project and we are very happy we did. Everyone we have interacted with (Amanda F, Matt M, Tyler D, and others) has been extremely patient, polite and knowledgeable. They were quick to correct any issues and answer every question we had, and even though the installation and inspection process took a bit longer than expected, our house is ultimately much more comfortable and better equipped for climate change. We are also thankful for having them help us process all the MassSave paperwork, and we received the rebate sooner than expected.

Bathroom in my house was nuts. Yellow shower with a loose rail. Yellow toilet. Yellow sink with a brown stain in it. Yellow walls. I don't know what the previous owners were thinking. But we needed to fix it, and money was tight.

I'm not a plumber, or a handyman. But Denommee worked with me. I was able to do the drywall, tiling, and painting. Denommee helped me get the plumbing done without incident.

Now it's done! Would not have gotten this done without Denommee.

From the moment my first call was answered till finish of the job, it was a very pleasant and painless experience. The lady who answered my call was so polite and helpful, scheduled evaluation on the same morning I called. David and Layla came out an hour later and gave a quick diagnose, and worked on the job to change my tankless water heater the next day. They arrived on time and worked straight for a whole day. No hassle, no surprise, just hard work. They were so professional, so quiet, and their job was so neat. I can't say enough good things about David and Layla's job. Will definitely use Denommee again in the future!

We called early Monday morning having had a pipe leak issue. Water was everywhere. Kayla made sure we were seen that day. Nick was our technician and he was terrific. This office is responsive, efficient, pleasant, and provides great work. We cannot recommend them any higher.

I will begin by stating that between the time I put the request for service on the website, the contact call, the call for the service appointment and the arrival of the plumber it was a matter of hours. I can truly say the superb service the plumber provided was outstanding. Not only did he do everything that was needed with a complete explanation to me and my son; He was extremely kind and patient. Ten out of ten stars all around from the initial costumer service to the actual service. I will also say that in the past few days I have contacted a few other companies and they gave me the run around, had me send pictures of my system, kept me on long waits, stating they would call me back, etc. (I’m not going to be ugly and named them though…). Any who I was blessed that ‘Denommee Plumbing’ came to the rescue and I am so very grateful! Lastly, I will say I did not loose a limb (smile) very good pricing.

David and Layla were on time, quiet, clean, informative, polite and very pleasant to deal with for the day that they were at our home to install and remove a hot water heater. I would highly recommend Denomme as their price was the best of the four quotes that I got.

After my old oil boiler died, I called Denommee for an estimate to replace this heating system with a new high efficiency gas system. Not only did they come out the next day, but they provided me with a written estimate within hours of the visit. I was highly impressed by Rick’s professionalism and thoroughness. We discussed other options that I was considering and was able to pivot with additional quotes when I asked for alternatives. Their pricing was inclusive (soup to nuts) and compared as one of the most reasonable estimates out of five. Amanda was able to schedule my installation quickly and helped me fill out the Mass Save rebate forms (thank you!). The installation crew, Matt, Tyler and Adam were also wonderful - arriving on time and finishing in 2 days, as promised. The installation was beautifully completed and removal of the old system was flawless. Finally, the company called to make sure I was happy and followed up a week later with a visit from Bill to make sure everything was set and fine tuned. From the beginning to end, I was impressed by everyone’s helpfulnesses and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for heating system installation and service. Thank you, Denommee!

Just got a new a washing machine this past week from Bestbuy, it got delivered today and while the techs tried to install it they found that the valves to the water pipes the washing machine hoses connect to were corroded and fused to the shutoff valves on the hot and cold pipes. Denommee not only fit me in today at the last minute as a non-emergency call, but the service technician they sent Mike Riley was amazing! He not only got the problem solved but also installed the new washer for us and got it balanced properly and hooked up to the drain system, all of this in under an hour! We have used Denommee a lot of the last year for a new water heater install, hvac maintenance, and hvac leak detection and repair. Each service being just as good as the last! Would highly recommend them for my friends and family!

Did a water heater installation with this company. Brian and Mason showed up as scheduled, were professional, explained the job requirements and were very tidy. I will certainly use this company in the future and would recommend to others.

Denommee recently installed 5 ceiling cassette heat pump units at our house. Rick was an excellent and informative sales contact and the installers, Tyler and Charlie, worked hard and well to get the job done in a week. Ryan did the commissioning and Kevin kept an eye on the whole project. Amanda and others were very helpful by phone as well. Every one of them were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend this Denommee team.

Denommee installed heat pumps for us, which was tricky since we have an old house. The team worked with us to come up with a good plan, and the installation went smoothly. We liked the people who doing the work--they were friendly and respectful, knew what they were doing, and worked with us when they had questions or ran into something unexpected. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Denommee installed my air conditioning unit a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job.
I recently had a problem with my bathroom sink, and after trying to fix it myself (unsuccessfully) I decided to call them. Rick was my service technician and he did a wonderful job. He kept me informed of everything he was doing, why the problem happened, and what he did to fix it.
Their whole staff is friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. I have always been happy with the service they provide and am happy to recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Ricky & Mike were both super nice, very workmanlike, and neat. I was pleasantly surprised by the price for their roughly 2-1/2 hours of work. I also had a very positive experience with Kayla in customer support. I would certainly recommend Denommee to friends & family & anyone else, and I will definitely call upon their HVAC and other services when the need arises.

Had a couple young men come out to the house we just bought to address a couple issues with our plumbing. They were professional and got the job done quickly. We were pleased with the price and level of service.
