Skin and Cancer Institute - Kingman

My mom loves Dr. Jammie, she is always happy. Everyone is always cheerful. We have never had to wait past my mom's appointment time. The doctor is spectacular! She is thorough and pleasant! I highly recommend this office!

For my first visit, the office staff and medical staff we are very friendly and respectful of time. They catered to my needs. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Love love love Jamie and her team of ladies! Such an awesome office. They make such a great team and have the best customer service. Jamie is super straight forward and willing to look thoroughly into any concerns and will sit down and really explain your options. She’s very personable. Very very nice dr and team. Whatever their doing is doing something right. Only small negative that I don’t really hold against the office is their call canter they use when they are busy kinda sucks they have no customer service and don’t seem to want to help you. But again they aren’t in the office and are a outside party

Very busy place, got me in a couple minutes ahead of schedule, was there for some minor surgery but they also took care of some pre cancer spots on my scalp . The one thing I didn't like was they sent a e-mail request to fill out several forms including a picture of my ID and insurance card I filled them out sent them back and there system sent me 5 more requests for the same information over the next week and then they wanted a copy of my ID and insurance card after I had previously sent it to them. apparently they are not using there system for what it was designed for or the employees have not been properly trained on how to use it.

Very courteous staff for check-in. Very short wait to be called in for appointment. The assistant was knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The PA, Jamie, was professional and thorough with my exam.

For a week straight I was getting hives and I had absolutely no idea why. They gave me steroids for 2 weeks and now the hives are completely gone! 10/10 recommend coming to them. They took my insurance too, so I only had to pay about $3 for the whole interaction and meds.

The whole staff is always so amazing and helpful. Super friendly! I love leaving knowing all my questions were answered.

Had appointment with Jamie for first time and was very pleased
with her knowledge and her expertise. The staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend her as a dermatologist Waited about 10 min to see manager who took info etc and then Jamie came in promptly after that. I have family that also go to her and are happy with her. Yes they are all courteous and professional! BTW this is husbands name, I the wife saw Jamie

This is the best place to go ..I've had chemical peels and the staff are awesome gentle and very good at there job. Jamie is so sweet and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my skin needs.

They are so awesome and very helpful. My skin feels like new and they care about their patients and listen to what the patient says and helps them. We love coming here for our chemical peels and all our skin needs.
