Wells Fargo Bank

Scheduled an appointment with the Banker AKAZIE for my day off as I’m usually pretty busy at work. She greeted me at the entrance and walked me through the process of opening a new checking account on top of the ones I already had. She was very clear and explained everything so well. My girlfriend and I couldn’t have been happier with her service. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

Lyndsay is the best banker I have ever met. She was helpful, kind and so caring! It is rare talent to leave such impression on somebody over a short meeting I would think. This branch is lucky to have her. Thank you Lyndsay for helping me order a new card - my friends would thank you!! Haha

I have used this branch for years in many capacities and know many of the bankers and tellers. I get to see the same familiar faces and can count of top notch customer service, yes sometimes I have to wait in line but even then they are extremely attentive and take care of people quickly!! Thanks Guys!!

Works fine in my experiences... people at ok nice and helpful... it does take time...not the best Wells Fargo, but not that worst either as a Bank... wonder why rating is so low... it was fine...

Normally I like the service at Wells Fargo Banks. HOWEVER, this branch is an exception. The drive-up window is ALWAYS INCREDIBLY SLOW. Once I decided to start going inside to the tellers, they were always very pushy about their new accounts and would not take 'no' for an answer.

This branch does not reflect well on the rest of Wells Fargo.

It's nice that its by the mall, but if it's closed so is the drive up ATM. Which is usually odd. Even though the bank might be closed, the drive up ATM isn't. I've never come across a bank that when the bank is closed, so is the drive up ATM. They should have something posting the reason why and the hours the bank is open on the ATM.

Don't bank here, do research on them. After the settlement it would be insane to bank there
