Motel 6 Kingman, AZ Route 66 East

Kimberly P. was friendly and helpful. She was such a delight to chat with. I have not received such a great level of customer service at any other Motel 6.

You can tell she loves her job, which is refreshing to see.

Sometimes it is difficult to determine whether one should stay at a place based on reviews. Are some people really picky and judgemental or am I just not seeing what they see.
Anyway, this is by far one of the nicest Motel 6. The gal at the front desk was a delight to deal with. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The hotel is either new or the rooms recently redone. Nice black out curtains. The king bed was really comfortable. The furnishings are nice but no comfy chair to sit on. No carpet making things nice and clean to walk on. This place was clean, no smell. Had a comfy, quiet night. There is a shower tub which makes for a great soak with lots of hot water. All in all this was a great place to stay and the price was right.
If you are expecting a fridge, microwave or coffee machine, this isn't for you. But if all you need is a good night's sleep, this is the place.
Another thing, the lamps and end table have USB plugs.

So I’m giving this certain location a 5 out of 5 rating. I’m used to staying at The Hamptons Hotels but as when someone comes across changes and other places pop up, I’m the one to jump on the opportunity. This place is a second home to me and the staff along with the manager have/has been very respectful and professional. Just to let you know my furbabies are also welcomed and they get really excited whenever we stay over for the night. They love this place as well. So all in all everyone is happy here. Thank you Motel 6 for being at the right location 24/7 365 days a year.

They helped my disabled dad very much when no one was around quick enough to help. He enjoys staying in this particular motel 6. The area is beautiful. Reasonably priced. Great location 👌

Kimberly was very accommodating. They have smoking & non-smoking w/swimming pool. Good views of the Hualapai Mountains.

Honestly best motel around the rooms are so clean and well taken care of and the pool is absolutely gorgeous

I usually shy away from Motel 6 because they have become nasty places to stay over the years. I must say that I was impressed. It wasn't fancy but it was clean, nice, and pet friendly. Staff was polite and friendly. I am more disappointed in all the pet owners who left all their pets poo for the staff to clean up (which they were).

The staff was rude, there was allot drama going on, some staff would favor certain people who have been there more then 8 months. We get there everything was OK up until people started to get arrested for guns, fighting, and decent exposure. It was not safe there. I don't know how people can even stay there when the staff in office was so unprofessional. The maids were wonderful they couldn't understand why we got kicked out. I tell you what no one should rent rooms there cause all they do is kick people out especially elderly who can barely walk and got kicked out in the 106 heat. It's bad so my review is there bad business I suggest you go to other hotels cause they are not friendly.

Everything was great. We expected bugs along with cockroaches to greet us in the room, but the truth was quite different. The rooms were beautiful, like from a fairy tale, I felt like I was in a palace. The lady at the front desk with a tattoo of a pokemon on her thigh was the nicest person I met in my entire life, She talked to my friend about pokemon all night. We had a beautiful lime-colored pool to swim in, but that didn't stop us from having a crazy swim. The only downside was that at 4 a.m. someone was calling the room's landline. (edit: Turned out it was my crazy buddy) RECOMMEND.

Bathroom floor was slightly dirty. Nothing bad.
This motel is in a great area surrounded by good places to grab a quick bite or get some gas for when you're on the road.
Soft beds and allows pets like all motel 6's.

Friendly, quick, staff members who don't waste time getting you your room key.

We got a remodeled pet-friendly room! It did surprised me. Looks way better than expected, it’s well cleaned as well. No additional pet fee is a big plus! It was a great stop.

Been all over the country and because of bad experiences I don't usually go to motel 6 as they are usually pretty gross. But my truck is broke down and in the shop and this motel is super close. And I've gotta say, this is the nicest Motel 6 that I have ever been to. Clean rooms, nice central air instead of the giant wall unit. And the lady at the front desk was really nice and even called the room after 10 minutes to make sure that it was clean. Very nice customer service. And cheap. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice but cheap motel.

Overall it's a very good hotel for the value. The beds are very comfortable. It was quiet. I would come back with my family. The front desk was very kind as well.

Room was very clean and relatively modern. Staff was incredibly friendly and eager to please. Coffee in the morning was nice. We have stayed at a few Motel 6's on our cross country road trip and this one was by far the cleanest with the most caring staff. We even received a call a little after check in to make sure everything was ok with the room! Great stay for what you pay.

Many times I feel we can't be picky when on a budget and travelling with a dog. We got lucky! Clean rooms, excellent service and a price well below others. The staff was accommodating and changed our room after night one because of the road noise that we are not used to. Location was perfect too; we walked to restaurants and shopping. The pool looked great but it was too cold on our visit to try it.

This location was the most professional polite, modern and clean Motel 6! My family and I were driving cross country and with two dogs and kids, this chain of hotels is most affordable. Aware of the stigma Motel 6 has, I believe in coming to my own conclusions. We actually stayed an extra night to relax. The room interior was beautiful and freshly stocked. We didn’t need to ask for anything extra! What stands out the most was along the trip I misplaced my drivers license and one of our kids shoe. Back tracking a month later when I called this location they knew exactly what room we stayed and and HAD HELD ON TO BOTH MISSING ITEMS!!! What a blessing and surprise. We have sense had both items shipped to us COMPLICATION FREE!

The staff here we're very nice to me, very friendly the room was very clean, not real fancy but would you expect from Motel 6 they're one of the only motels that will let you have your dogs. Even the ladies that were cleaning the rooms said hello to me and we're friendly. Both the night staff and the morning staff were very friendly and took the time to make small talk and treat me like a human being, I don't stay in motels very often but I would probably stay in this one rather than staying at a fancy or one just because of the way I was treated and the cleanliness.

We stay at motel6 for a while never had problems they are so sweet and special to me and would recommend them to everyone the girls in the office are great and the manager is number one Jen from Abby devine motel 6 they always trayed us in great matter and my animals love all of them will always come back when I'm in Arizona
