On April 30, 2024, I was fortunate enough to have technician Jake Stauffer dispatched to my house for a plumbing issue. In my opinion, James was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond. He kept going when I believe many other plumbers would’ve stopped. In fact, if you have the benefit of time on your side, I think it would be beneficial to request. James is your technician. Should you need plumbing service? I know I will if I unfortunately, require the services of a plumber again!

Aaron was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided excellent service answered all my questions and proved 3 different estimates for me to choose from. Making my decision seamless. Highly recommend Ambient Edge!

Chris and Javier made the change from a very old, noisy forced air furnace to a Smart heat pump system. The entire change took 2 days to complete. The unit was explained and demonstrated with care and efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend this company! Excellent job done. Thank you Chris and Javier!

Javier, Chris & new guy we’re great. They new what to do and how to do it. They did an excellent job, answered all our questions. Showed us how to work the thermostat. Chris even went on the roof to fix a leak he found while he was taking out the old AC, It was raining hard and he got soaking wet, he didn’t have to do it, but he did and I thank him so much for that. They were very professional and very sweet and funny. We enjoyed having them here. Highly recommend all three of these guys.

Excellent service for Landlords. All the paperwork and all the payments are done Online, making it perfect for busy Landlords. They installed a wall furnace and my Tenant reported that the work was very professionally well done.

Needing a new complete A/C heat pump I contacted Ambient Edge for a quote. Ambient Edge sent their Comfort tech Aaron Brown out to assess and qoute me a new unit. I found Aaron Brown to be friendly, personable and very professional. We discussed what was needed and agreed on it. He put forth and acceptable estimate on the spot. It was followed up by an official quote within one hour.

Chris and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job. They were professional attentive they knew exactly what they were doing they actually improved the performance over what they initially thought they had to do. Chris took the time to explain perfectly and professionally what they were doing at each step we could not have been more impressed by the both of them.

From the start Aaron came out to give a quote took his time answered all questions and gave some recommendations on wich units would be best for my house and needs. Not once did I feel like Aaron was trying to just make the sale or talk me into something that would be over kill or overly expensive for my house. Aaron was polite professional and made everything very simple and had great knowledge of the business. Instal day was great. Chris and Kevin arrived on time and took the time to answer questions while also offing advise and explaining what they where doing throughout the install. Chris and Kevin are very professional and completed a clean install. They are both very knowledgeable and took their time to make sure everything was right. From start to finish Ambient Edge had great communication and made the overall experience very easy.

Didn't feel like I was having unnecessary things trying to be sold to my husband and I. The technician Brian was so nice to our animals and was mindful of them. He made us feel like he was completely honest with us regarding the condition of our A/C. Something that the last technician did not do. Very happy with the service and will be a repeat customer.
