Days Inn by Wyndham Kingman West

The first room we were given had such a strong tobacco smoke smell we could hardly breathe upon entering. Went to the front desk and were given another room that did not have the horrific smell. However, the bathroom door was falling apart and could not be closed. Both rooms were very dark with the lights on, the rooms were not clean, the linens were dirty and when I complained I was told they were clean just stained. Which did not make us any more comfortable. We covered the pillows with tissues and slept on top of the bedding fully dressed, as we were disgusted by the filth and just needed some rest before we got back on the road.
Upon checking out and explaining all the issues, we again were told the linens were clean and just stained. They acted like they had no idea about the bathroom door being broken. However, it was obvious that many attempts had been made trying to repair it. We were also told they were planning to remodel soon and were aware of the lighting issues. They offered no apologies or any type of discount for the condition of their rooms. We will never stay at any Days Inn properties in the future. We would have felt safer sleeping in our car and probably more comfortable, not to mention it was immaculate by comparison. Total waste of money. We absolutely do not recommend this Days Inn to any traveler.

Honestly i got a great price wasnt the best looking room but i slept and thats all i care about there were stains in the chairs but who even uses those!! overall kinda gross but cheap and a place to sleep and rest

I decided to stay at this hotel another night on a 2 night stay in Kingman because it's a solid place that's clean and quiet with friendly staff. For the price, solid.

It's a far cry from a 3 star hotel, but it was fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge worked. Take your own outlet bar for anything electric as the room only had 2 that were not convenient to the bed area. Office gal was nice. Will consider staying again in another snow storm.

For a 2 star hotel it was a great room. The desk clerks working during the morning and evening were nice and helpful. Although the furnishings were very dated everything was very clean. All the appliances worked well. The area was quiet. They accommodated our three dogs. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

I am always nervous when iam booking hotel because it's not my home. I like to feel comfortable in the room and smell clean sheets. This days inn west is clean and well maintained. The staff does a fantastic job outside as well inside place. The location is welcoming and the services are great. Thanks for making me feel at home Days inn West.

The room was great. I would definitely stay again. The beds were perfect. There was a convenient store within walking distance. It is pet friendly. The staff was helpful. The water pressure was beyond heavenly😍. The water temperature was perfect for a shower. The hot water lasted. I will definitely stay again.

After reading a couple of comments concerning the cleanliness of the rooms i had an extra eye on this.
What i found - the room, the two beds and the bathroom was absolutely clean and good smelling. There was no carpet in the room but a laminate floor, which i absolutely prefer. The office clerk was professional and friendly.
The cleaning staff was also helpful and very friendly.
I absolutely recommend this Days Inn.

Thank you to Travis on the customer service line! Unable to find three rooms in town at the last minute for employees dealing with an emergency, Travis was friendly and very helpful with his smile in his voice on the phone! They were all able to check-in quickly and without any problems.

Everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The property quiet and safe. No riff raff hanging around. The bed was comfortable and the maids were awesome about accommodating my off hours as I work nights. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my trip to the west. My parents loved it’s mid-eastern style buildings, it’s very exotic and exciting to live in. The check in process is nice and quick. Our room is very quiet and clean. We had a great stay in here. Nothing to complain about at all.

My room was very nice and it was a pet friendly room! It didn't look like any animals had been in here at all. The hotel staff were very nice. There's only a few things to pick from for breakfast but it's free so I'm not complaining. I would stay here again.

We had intended to stay at the Ramada, all booked and payed for but when we arrived it was CLOSED, so we just tried the Days Inn hoping we may get a room .The guy on the desk (Mark) was lovely. He was chatty and very helpful, so we booked in with him for the two nights that we were intending to stay, even asked if we wanted a ground floor which we did. So thanks to Days Inn we had a fab room and a great stay over.

So I had an impromptu stay at a hotel driving to my original destination because of car trouble. Not happy that I have to stay over. So I came to this Days inn and was taken care of by Janelle hope that spelled right and it was without a doubt the easiest most pleasant check-in I've ever had and I go out of town a lot at least once a month. And it's a rare occasion that I write a review because I think customer service is in an all-time loan this country it's just absolutely deplorable not today I was well taken care of you guys should give this girl a raise. In my younger more wealthy days I would have just hired her away from you and giving her twice your salary. Thank you very much Days inn

Graet stay!! Let's just start by saying THANK YOU KATRINA! We had some issue's with another motel there and Katrina came in with the save!! Days inn west is very comfortable and clean and the staff was top notch! We were snowed in during the great snow storm of 2019 and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, room stayed warm and beds comfy and quiet!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!! Shawn&Sarah

Courtney is the best! Made us a sweet deal after the Super 8 down the street screwed us by cancelling our reservation, and offering us a room at nearly double what we had agreed to when we got there. Room was clean and comfortable.

All the staff was great. Even when you are having a mental breakdown in front of them. Very professional
