Staff was really friendly. I got a ripped pair of jeans, and they replaced them and gave me a credit. I don’t go here often enough, so I asked to get my credit on a gift card and gave it to someone else. :)

The staff is so nice and helpful. Always stop in when in the area.

Did a pick up order, and it went smoothly. Heads up to anyone looking for it, its location is over by the Made In Oregon store now.

Great store, great employees! Thanks to Tyler, Sarah and Taylor for being really friendly, helpful and for saving me some money by finding best deals! Also store has amazing fitting rooms with adjustable lighting and color + better fitting rooms system. Quality of clothes are high. I enjoyed being there and recommend it to others.

I was at Abercrombie at Washington Square yesterday with a bit of an issue with the exchange of cologne.
The young ladies upfront were all so nice and professional and they took care of my issue which I really appreciated,.
