Have been using this frame shop exclusively for well over a decade. My house looks like an art gallery and I could not be happier with their work. Always friendly and helpful with thoughtful recommendations and expert craftsmanship. I have some unusual custom pieces that I can't imagine anyone else having accomplished. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would not trust my artwork or treasured family photos to anyone else. I make the trip up from CT and it's worth the effort.

Very creative and friendly! Artists helping artists with beautiful frames and custom mattes that are hand lined. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something special.

Quality work.

Spent quite a bit of money to have this frame done by Nor'Easter Frameworks and it literally fell into two pieces right off of the wall! Thankfully the part of the frame that hit the floor only has a very small dent in it, but for a $300+ frame it should not be splitting apart and half of it falling off! Not happy about this at all. I had a couple of pieces framed by them, but this was the only shadow box type of frame. I have two other shadow box frames done by other framers that have not split apart and fallen off of the wall. Can't even believe this happened!

Awful experience and terrible customer service. The frame was extremely overpriced for the work but decided to support a local business anyway and accepted the quote. Product was assured to me that would have delivered within 30 days, to be used as Christmas gift. After inquiring twice during the time, on December 24th we are informed it will be ready in January. Got 25 days delay, zero dollars discount, and an attitude. Extremely NOT recommended for both quality/price but mostly customer focus, which is even worse.
