Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingman, an IHG Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was a delight from start to finish. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the amenities exceeded our expectations. The guest services were incredibly accommodating, even upgrading us to a fantastic room when we arrived late. The continental breakfast, though simple, was satisfying, and the server's kindness added a warm touch. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Spent a couple weeks in Kingman for work. The staff here made me very comfortable. Were friendly and helpful at every turn. Breakfast buffet had switched out variety and Wash served hot and fresh. Loved the blueberry muffins.

Stay was good. Check in was fast and Star was friendly and had good information. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The night was quiet. No slamming doors or loud talking. It was a good comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was good and hot. Eggs, sausage, waffles, hot and cold cereal. Usual breakfast. The pool was clean and refreshing. Pet friendly. It has a pet area with bags to pick up after your pet. Overall a good stay. I would stay there again.

Checking in was easy and fast. I was able to get 2 hotels rooms next to each other 1 pet friendly and 1 not. Rooms were very clean and had full size annemities. We had forgotten a few things like toothbrushes and they were able to get us some at no charge. Pool was great. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety of things.

I can not say enough good things about this Holiday Inn. We broke down and was stuck here for 9 days. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed everyday. Hot fresh breakfast every morning, even helped us find a rental car to go see the Hoover Dam. Our room was always clean and the staff made us feel like family. Thank you everyone.

Needed a place to stay for the night at 230 in the morning. The staff was helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed one night on my way home. Rooms were clean and the best was very comfortable, definitely needs a renovation, but not bad. They need new towels, they were rough and the toilet was really hard to flush, the handle would not go down. Had to use all my strength to flush it. Breakfast was bland, but it’s free. Coffee was good tho. Would stay again.

Our family had such a long drive from Ribera NM and decided to stop in Kingman to rest before our final destination in California.
McKenzie checked us in and she was very professional and extra attentive to our needs. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean.
The swimming pool was a nice area to relax.
Breakfast was amazing and overall the staff in general was great!

Nice hotel, housekeepers kept it clean and were friendly. At this time, they were only serving a "grab n go" breakfast because of Covid but they did have coffee. Also, they have an indoor heated pool and spa. My kids enjoyed that. I enjoyed the fitness center as well. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I did not stay here, but a friend of mine did with her son. I will forever grateful for the staff here. Over a month ago, my friend had a medical emergency where an ambulance had to be called for her. I stay 15 miles from there and my friend needed someone with her immediately. The staff there that morning came to the rescue until the ambulance arrived. Because of the staff, my friend made it to the hospital in one piece and had a good outcome. As I recall it was morning of April 13th really early in the morning. I would give 100 stars 🌟 if I could for this hotel.

Excellent nice place to stay, very family friendly and quiet. The pool is very nice, clean, and warm. However, I would note that the elevator is next to the pool and this causes a lot of nearby football traffic and a bit of excess noise. I would definitely recommend staying here anytime you are in the area. The beds were comfortable and I got a excellent night of sleep to prepare me for the long trip ahead.

After a long ride thru snow and ice Tabitha made our check in so wonderful and easy. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Beautiful room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will be back the next time we come thru Kingman from CA. Highly recommend staying here. Great breakfast too

Great hotel. Very clean and quiet. They gave us a room next to the elevator and ice machine, I thought "oh great we will hear everything." Nope that wasn't the case. It was very quiet.
The news were comfy, we slept well and breakfast was delicious and the attendant kept it very clean and well stocked. We will be staying here again next time we are in town in a couple of months.

Totally friendly staff!! They kept checking in with us as we came and went to see if we needed anything. I would definitly stay here again! The room was pretty clean, but we found a fork under a table when we moved into the suite we had. The beds were clean and comfortable!

We were part of the 13 hour lock down on 3/12/21. My daughter in law booked it for us. At 3:30 we were finally moving again and got to the hotel at approximately 5 a.m.We are 91 and 75 of age. The young lady working the desk went beyond her duty to accommodate us. The desk was so friendly and the hotel room was great.

Driving across country from NY to California this was our last stay over before Cali. It was the best choice we every made. Hot tub with jets were excellent for aching muscles. Dip in the pool hit the spot. Other guests were fun to chat with. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again on our way home.
