These customer reviews are unhinged, this is the best post office in SW Portland. I visit 2-3 times a week for business, employees doing their best every day. Drop box is maintained so it doesn't get too full. Clean facility, keep it up!

I did cut my foot on the way in with a sharp object on the garden ....it was so sharp it actually cut through my sandle and into my foot.....but that's what I get for stepping into their little garden. But other then that it was great customer service....just make sure you bring your ID if you're picking up a package.

The ladies here are very sweet. They try their best to be heard from the covid barrier as well as a slight language barrier. I asked Siri if Apple way was accepted and was replied that all post offices in the area accept it. That is not the case. I wasn’t able to pay for my envelope being sent out but she paid for it. She saved me a big headache. Now I need to figure out how to tell Siri that she’s wrong.

Excellent customer service from Pam, who was so polite and helpful on the phone with my request for lock box change due to losing my key. Huge thank you to Mike as well who came right out, changed my lock box and delivered new keys to my door within hours of my request. Thank you Pam and Mike for resolving my issue so quickly and professionally!! -- Cathy S.

Not bad, i am not sure what people expect. Got my package they were holding for pickup. The lady had to look for a while but I ended up getting it. Its gotta be a tough job routing so much mail, give them some slack.

While I am not here often, the last three visits have been very fast & friendly.

Driving directions tell you to enter Hartmann & Forbes parking lot, park in back and walk through to the post office. This is not the case, we are a private parking lot. You need to go to the business parks driveway, past Hartmann & Forbes, and to the second building on the right.

Curious why is excessive Tualatin mail coming here❓, not home mailboxes?🙏UPDATE, months later: Local residents, including @apartments, need the postal lead/manager on Teton to step up😃-be a hero💪-resolve a strange issue of this local USPS not delivering even tiny packages, to our Large mailboxes. It’s unclear why he told people there’s a “feud” w/ an apartment manager…makes no sense-we checked, & those apartments have huge turnover in managers, temps, but still do all they can to resolve this-Even ordered a replacement wall (keyed) to make it easier to deliver to these boxes?

Lookin for the hero🦸‍♂ 😃-

Probably not easy working in this windowless unit, so we’re grateful for those who work here. Appeared to be hiring Feb. 2024. In the last 6 months, we had a paycheck lost/returned to sender, & 5 or 6 SMALL packages stuck here til we drove over to pick them up -woulda EASILY’d fit in our home mailbox tho-see photo. PS-This tiny cave could use a little cheerin up!!🔆Brighter lighting in the 10’ lobby-pretty dark on cloudy days😏-2ND PHOTO: View of lobby & 1/2 door (no real counter) for pickup. GPS can’t find the building-sends you a block away. Maybe post a sign/arrow by the road? PSS-If nothin else, maybe they can air the newer, nearby Wilsonville radio station 96.3 FM or app🎉. We’ve heard it’s super uplifting to morale for some other local biz employees. Thanks

Have called 10+ plus times to the specific office number provided to me by customer support. Nobody picks up... What is going on with this place and why hasn't USPS stepped in to help??? This place has serious issues. People aren't getting their mail, mail is being lost, delivered to the wrong address CONSTANTLY. This is our only mailing service option in most cases so its unacceptable for this place to be SO incompetent.

Whoever was working today at the front was completely rude to my partner who was trying to get answers as to why our mail is being held. We have had issues with the Tualatin post office for weeks in both holding our mail and NOW sending us someone else’s mail after sorting out all of the change of address forms. They are predictably unhelpful when trying to get help and have something as simple as our own mail be delivered properly. 4 of our packages were “delivered” but never to us.

I am a handicapped 78 year old woman. Any package that is mailed to me is never ever delivered. They won’t leave my packages always stating that the boxes at my apartment are full. Then they will not even try to redeliever the package. I have no transportation and cannot get my packages. Why can’t they just drop these packages at my door. Really they always do this. I have never had such a bad post office experience as this Tualatin Pist Office. It’s just terrible!!!

Avoid having your packages delivered over the weekend. Their employees losing mail but most likely they're keeping them!! They always give you excuses stating that mail can't be located or that it shows as delivered to the mailbox or missing address. Nothing new neighbors, friends, and other folks Ive spoken to have similar experiences.

I hate giving bad reviews but they recently decided they don't deliver packages to my area with no warning and lied about the reasoning! Plus they are so rude anytime I go in. Everytime I pick up a package there is someone having trouble with services.

I’m leaving this review here since this is where my mail went. Plus last time I was here, the lady at the counter was so rude to me.
Anyways; Saturday last week, the USPS claimed to attempt to deliver a letter that needs a signature, yet they lied because they never attempted. My whole family was home all day Saturday, and no one came to our door. They left a note saying they attempted, but couldn’t reach us. What? Why would you lie about that? Now the mail has been put as ‘return to sender’ so thanks a lot.

This USPS office, specifically, is HORRIFIC. I am not being hyperbolic when I say it is quite literally impossible to speak to an actual person.

Every other USPS office I've called connects you to an agent almost immediately, without requesting it, while this one cycles you through the main menu options for eternity until you eventually give up.

This is criminal. I have a serious shipping issue that requires immediate assistance by an agent, but I'm unable to address that due to the sheer laziness and incompetence of this USPS office.

Worst customer service of all time. I had (what I thought) would be a very typical situation, where my package was routed back to the post office due to a new address. Anticipating this issue, I actually called them ahead of time and asked that they please hold the package and I would be happy to pick it up in person. Next day, go to pick it up and they advised it was routed to Seattle with all other forwarded mail and I should receive it in 7-10 business days at my new address. 10+ business days comes and goes--no package. They were the last office to scan it, per the tracking history. I call them again and they said they had it--great. Offered to pick it up in person for the second time. Arrive there and they advise me my package was SENT TO RECYCLING. All of this transpired over the course of three weeks. There is absolutely no communication whatsoever amongst the staff. If you call, no one answers--dial tone for minutes on end. When you finally do get someone on the phone, you're placed on hold for over 5+ minutes. No way mail is meant to be this complicated. Thank goodness I moved away from this post office! NIGHTMARE!!!

The Tualatin Postal Service and their locations are horrible. I have been dealing with a lazy postal carrier who will not deliver my certified mail to my door which requires a signature. I have been home to sign for it!!!! Instead, he decided to leave a form in the mailbox stating missed delivery, first attempt. The USPS website is no help either. I have scheduled to have my certified mail redelivered - twice - but still haven't received it! I have filed complaints with no response regarding the issue. When I did reach a supervisor, he didn't have an answer as to why I still didn't receive my certified mail. The Tualatin Postal Service states they don't get the information from the USPS online requests in a timely manner because they have 3 locations and it gets delayed and/or lost. I was given some excuses and then asked about my driveway (condition/length/turn around) and if I had a dog. Per the USPS, a postal carrier cannot drive into a driveway if they cannot turn around. They are not allowed to back up their vehicle because that would be breaking the USPS rules. However, they can park (as long as they don't have to back up), get out and walk to deliver mail. There is no excuse - their postal carrier was just plan lazy! I do not trust this location(s) with any of my mail! Beware!

If I could go negative on ratings I would have done that. I just had my mail stolen from me and I come back to my mailbox to this. I have 1 simple request...DO YOUR JOB AND LOCKUP!!!!

Paperwork and sign clearly show they open at 8am on Saturday. Three different employees told me that they do not open until 9am and I would have to come back later.

When I complained at the main post office that they need to update their signage, I found out they do indeed open at 8am, but their excuse was that sometimes the door sticks. The door was not stuck, it was locked and I could see the deadbolt. It also doesn't address the fact I was explicitly told they were not open by multiple employees. Why would the employees just tell people to go away? Because they don't feel like dealing with the customers?
