I recently bought a new to me BMW that I wanted to have looked over and serviced. Enzo and Michael assisted me with an oil change, new rear brakes, new air filters, etc. He thoroughly looked the car up and down to make sure it was completely safe and let me know about any potential repairs or services I might need in the future. He was very honest and forthcoming with the details of the inspection and his professional opinion on needed and not-needed services. Even though this shop is a bit of a drive for me, I will only be taking my car here from now on. bonus points for the gorgeous classic cars in the showroom, what a treat! 10/10 recommend to everyone!

I recently took my brand new car for a minor paint damage to Mike from the European Motorsports (EMS) in Lawrence, MA. Most dealers informed me that it was necessary to repaint it, to bring it back to the original, but Mike's recommendation was to keep the original paint and to allow him to do his magic touch. I surely did as he was a referral from a friend that had been using EMS for all his ultra luxury/high performance cars for the past two decades. Once you step into EMS, you immediately feel welcomed and not simply tolerated. Mike is very likeable, cares about customer satisfaction and does business with integrity & honesty. Of course, he did an exceptional job at a fair price and more importantly couldn't tell if this scratch ever existed.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from European Motorsports over the years and each one has been exceptional. Michael Riccardi and his team are outstanding; very knowledgable, trustworthy, personable and most importantly they are extremely ethical. Michael stands behind every car that he sells and the repair work that he performs. European Motorsports is all about integrity, I highly reccomend them.

I have been using European Motors for a number of years now and have had nothing but great experiences. I have purchased cars from them, bring all my cars there for service and have referred many folks to them and have never had a bad experience. They are pleasant, helpful and informative.

On the purchase side, they accurately describe the car, deliver it in turn key fashion and stand behind what they sell. I have not had any problems with my purchases and have referred others to them and likewise they have had problem free purchases. One of my friends has purchased multiple cars there.

On the service side, they do great work in a timely and professional fashion. Equally important is that they diagnose and fix the problem the first time and do not simply "swap parts" until they get lucky. Michael and Tiny both have the ability to quickly diagnose the issue and only fix what is necessary. They also thoroughly inspect the car and let you know what should be addressed in the future. And they do all this at a reasonable price.

European Motorsports has excellent customer service. Michael is very knowledgeable when it comes to any type of vehicle. This is a trustworthy and honest establishment where you know they will take good care of your vehicle. They also have a beautiful assortment of vehicles in their showroom.

Michael is very patient and his collection of classic automobiles is excellent. I looked at an Alpha which is well maintained and decided to delay my purchase at this point. He was not high pressure and his pricing is fair.

I would definitely buy or have my car serviced with him in the future.

Sometimes you feel petrified to take a car back to a dealer for fear that they will rake you over the coals with their labor rates and parts. Mike and Tiny have always been incredibly respectful of how they've treated me through various vehicles. Most recently they fixed cooling return lines on a 2010 Jaguar for me. They got me back on the road fast and I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with the dealer. The price also was reasonable. So if you've got a car that has a little bit of an exotic twist and you're concerned about dealer rates, check out European.

Michael is an awesome, honest guy with car knowledge of an encyclopedia & great expertise. His work is very high quality and attention to details is unbelievable. Pricing is not cheap but fair. Always a pleasure to do business with European Motor Sports.

I have know the owner, Mike Riccardi for over 15 years now and he is one of the most reputable Automotive sales dealers in the area. He is personable and very knowledgable about automotive industry. European Motorsports is a great place to buy a used high end car or a good second hand car. He also has a excellent repair shop as well. It is rare to find a honest Automotive dealer that stands behind the cars they sell as well as take very good care of his customers. You should stop by and meet him and see his great collection of cars has has in his showroom.

Great service and excellent diagnostic knowledge. I felt a vibration in the front-end of my car that 3 other automotive service companies could not diagnose. Several months ago I purchased a classic 1967 VW Beetle from California. Noticed engine had several leaks and a few other mechanical malfunctions. Michael, the owner,

Great service and very reputable dealership. I purchased an old car and got it home and it wouldn’t start. Mike the owner personally came out in sub zero wind chill to replace the starter. Great experience and very knowledgeable about old foreign cars. 👍

A little slice of heaven. European Motorsports is an active Museum. Michael Ricciardi the owner is an encyclopedia of knowledge. Has done everything from selling, repairing, servicing and racing automobiles. From Jaguar e-types to Lamborghini countachs to Porsche 356s to Fiat 500 to American muscle and etc Michael can work on them or find them. He was actually able to secure a beautiful pre-owned seadan for a friend of mine. It might not be as cool as a Ferrari but Michael with the same enthusiasm for that job. He stands behind his work.

Recently I had my Mercedes ML500 serviced at European Motorsports. and very satisfied with the results. Tiny replaced the power steering hose and engine / transmission mounts.

I plan to have my ML500 serviced at European Motorsports in the future.
