I bought a really nice car from them about a week ago for way below value which i thought was amazing and they even dropped the price about $650 when I asked. There are a few downsides to them tho. 1) they arent able to supply you dealer plates. they either suggest you put your cars plates on their car to test drive or you dont test drive it all. 2) once you buy the car, they still cant give you plates. Why? I dont know. To legally drive your bought car in the road, you yourself, will have to take the bill of sale to the DMV and get a 20 temporary plate in NH to be able to drive the car off the lot. This can take up to two weeks and cant be done in person because of covid. And 3) when i went to register the car and get a NH title (the one I received was from MA) the city office said they didnt supply me with the right papers after purchase and i technically still wasn't the owner of the car i just paid for in cash. This made me anxious and a little upset because how am I suppose to fix that?? Beware tho, they are a used car dealer and most cars need to be FIXED. my car cost me $1000 just to pass state inspection! and i still have about another $800 to go in normal maintenance, so beware about that. I give the three star rating simply because i wasnt able to drive it on the road before purchase, i had to get my own temporary plates from the DMV, and they didnt give me the right papers to put the title in my name when registering the car.

ALSO: the docking fee is $500 which is very high compared to other places, so any price you see advertised, add $500 to it. They only accept cash payment, and the location I went to was in Pelham NH

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, and I hope anyone who is thinking about buying a car from this place DOES NOT DO SO. I bought a 2010 Toyota Camry about a month ago and the dealer told me there was 88k miles on the car. After I bought the car and took it to the DMV, the DMV became suspicious as the mileage of the car on the odometer of the car did not match the mileage on the car title. After using carfax and visiting a Toyota dealership, I found out that the car actually had about 170k miles on it. Long story short, I got SCAMMED. I reached out to the dealer to explain my concerns about this and he did not reply to me, and this made very suspicious that he knew he sold the car with the wrong mileage. I had to call him multiple times in order to get any type of answer and he told “there must be a mistake, it’s fine don’t worry about it.” Despite this, after seeing that the same dealer sold another car with the wrong mileage to someone, I knew there was something wrong and I began the process of getting a refund for the car. All I can say is that the dealer made this process VERY DIFFICULT for me as he was beyond uncooperative and disrespectful. The dealer seemed very unbothered by all of this. He’s simply participating in criminal activity by committing odometer fraud, and he has done this to so many others as well. The business this dealer is running is ILLEGAL!! This is place is NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! RUN RUN RUN people

I hope this review reaches someone before they purchase a car from this dealership. I had purchased a car from them over the weekend and shortly after I purchased it, the check engine light had turned on. I went to my nearest AutoZone to check what the defect was. The catalytic converter required to be changed and that the check engine light was shut off about 100 miles prior to the light going off, but that was not the biggest issue. The owners of the dealership had told me that they had bought the car from the Adesa auction. I was fortunate to have a friend that has an account at Adesa and was able to view the car information report from Adesa. The report stated that the car was sold with 219k miles, Devine Motors had advertised their car with 88k miles....That's a HUGE difference. I brought the car backed to them and explained the reason why I was. They acted dumbfounded of my discovery. The other owner had then asked me if I could come back later on during the week and that he had to resolve the issue with Adesa. I had to battle with them to get my money back and told them that I will not be coming back on another day and that they had to deal with Adesa on their own time, after they refund me my money. The overall costumer service experience from this dealership was negative. They do not answer your calls, forward it and then ask you to text them. I HOPE anyone that is interested in buying a car from this place is able to read the reviews before they do. I was not able, because I had found the car on Facebook market and I thought it was a private sale. But now I am an empathizer with the rest of the people that have wrote a review of this dealership

This place and the whole operation is a big fraud. My daughter bought a car there about two weeks ago. The car turned out to be a lemon and they refused to obey the Massachusetts lemon law to a refund. Instead the man was screaming at my daughter calling her a liar. The guy said there was no issues with the car. After one week of driving the car it is now parked in the driveway because it is broken down.

Don’t go here, even if you’re broke. If you only have a grand and want a cheap car find a different place. Their cars are saved and have a lot of problems they just cover them up for the sale, I can assure you it will break the first 24 hrs after running. Save yourself the trip and the bitter taste of talking to the staff, they are rude, snappy and dismissive once you notice a mistake. DONT GO HERE!

Bought a car for my brother just last week. Same happened in that this is a SCAM. The car is now broken down. They had it topped full to make it seem like it ran and now it’s not. We can not get ahold of the kid. No one will call us back. RUN!! Hopefully people look this up before purchasing.

Horrible customer service..

The check engine light came on THE NIGHT I bought the car. I messaged the guy who sold me the car he said, "well that's why you bought it for so cheap" now here I am needing a catalytic converter, an exhaust manifold, a wheelbearing and a ball joint. MAJOR safety issues. I can't even pass state inspection.

Owner have no sense of what customer service means. First he sells me a car but tells me after that I signed paper work that I would have to drive back (2hr drive) and pick up the title. I get to the place title still isn't there. I call him to ask why wasn't this being communicated but he wants to give me an attitude rather than apologizing for HIS MISTAKES. NEVER NEVER NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE NOR THE ONE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE CALLED DYNASTY AUTO GROUP DO NOT DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT!!!!!

sold me a car that was leaking coolant, covered it up. car also had a key that didnt work on the door, only ignition and many many more problems. STAY AWAY

This place is a joke a friend of mine bought a car from these clowns Pelham location after the purchase he was told to come back the next day for the title waiting several hours no texts didn’t answer any phone numbers called from what I have seen for reviews this place needs to be investigated and charged with all or any criminal activity they are pulling on the public

This place sales car that broke in a week I bought a car on March/3/2021 and have the car sitting outside my house for 8 days because I was sick and after I got better started driving the car and the transmission started giving problems I called the guy told the problem also told him I have 30 days warranty on the paper and he said I paid for labor and he will pay for the transmission i told him he should pay for everything asked me for cashapp sent it to him never send me any money now he don't answer my calls or text so now I'm taking legal action i advice everyone to do the same thing so this place can get shut down unfortunately never read the comments before I buy the car

The car had 330,000 miles on carfax they roll the odometer back to 80,000 miles

robbed me , bad business. don’t bring your money here unless you want the worst experience you could imagine.
