I had a great experience buying a used car from Stateline Auto Brokers in Attleboro, MA! I found a vehicle within my search parameters through CarGurus where the dealership already had a solid rating. For this reason, combined with the ease of reaching someone on the phone, I decided to commit to the three-hour drive. It is obvious from their parking lot that they do a lot of volume but was surprised and impressed with their full-service repair facility. There was zero pressure, and because their asking price was fair and their offer on my trade was fair there was little negotiation required. Also of note, I decided to finance through their financial institution which offered a lower rate than my own. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from stateline auto brokers , and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were genuinely interested in helping me find the right car.

The salesperson, lou silva, was incredibly patient and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He guided me through the different models available, explaining their features and benefits without any pressure to make a quick decision. It was evident that he wanted me to make an informed choice that I would be happy with.

The dealership had an impressive selection of vehicles, all of which were in excellent condition. I appreciated the transparent pricing, as they provided detailed information on each car's history, maintenance records, and any previous accidents. I have been burned from used car dealers in the past. I did not have much choice in having to turn to a used car dealing for the vehicle I needed. I had a few to choose from, when I went to the first there was no way I was coming back. Then I came to Stateline. Tom was very kind and set me up for a drive. He walked me to the car, when through car with me. Gave me the keys, recommended a good route to get highway and secondary roads. The told me to take my time, no rush. I returned and inspected the vehicle for a good 40mins. I was not bothered and felt comfortable doing what I needed to do. I put a checklist of items together and presented it to Tom and then Lou. I was ready to put down $500 deposit, but Lou said $100 is plenty. Lou gave me a bill of sale so I could use to get commercial insurance estimate (no pressure, no hard sell). I told him I would review with my partner/spouse and email him with my offer, he agreed completely. The next day I emailed him my offer. He replied quickly, provided me a counteroffer, and told me he would take the car of everything on the checklist. I told him I would discuss with partner and let him know the following day. Unfortunately, my partner would a newer vehicle, although I was ready to purchase. I emailed Lou, thanked him, and truly appreciated his professionalism. He responded and thanked me and told me to call him to arrange for returning the deposit. They do not look fancy but have a good selection of vehicles. I'm a firm believer that it is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they are getting what they expect and make sure you have everything in writing. I believe Lou works that way. If you buy without fully investigating and not happy with the purchase, that’s on you. If you do not feel comfortable or get pressured, walk away. I was comfortable with Lou and Tom and was never pressured. Many thanks Tom and Lou for unexpected and welcomed experience.

We just purchased a car for my daughter and our experience exceeded our expectations. Lou was the best and the whole experience was smooth. From Shopping for the best car for my daughter to trading in her old car and registering her new car. Lou made sure the car was serviced and detailed before we drove it off the lot. What a great experience with sales and service! Leo found us the car we’d been looking for at a more than fair price. There was no stress of going back and forth on price. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was clean, registered and inspected. The lines of communication were always open and questions were answered via text messages, always in prompt and timely manner. We had a special request to have some service done to the car and it was finished within the day at no cost. The selection of inventory on the lot is very select and varies from older models to the newest ones. A huge shout out to Lou and the team at Stateline Auto Broker’s for making our experience a happy one!

It's tough finding used cars, it's even tougher finding a dealership that sells good condition used cars at a fair price, stateline was the last stop on my long list of shops to check out. Should of been my first. Found the car I was looking for, Bruno was able to work with me financially which was a huge plus. After a test drive, I knew I wanted my vehicle and Lou made the signing process a breeze. No gimmicks. No tricks. Just great guys selling good cars. Definitely recommend!

I bought a car here and immediately loved it, about a week later I noticed a few minor problems with the car and notified them. They immediately had the car looked at and fixed everything free of charge. They have amazing customer service and I would recommend them for your next car.

Joe is the man! Bought my Lexus here a week ago and anytime I need something they are always looking out for me. Best car purchasing experience I have had...ever! Found the perfect car here after looking for over 2 months. The staff were really helpful friendly and not pushy at all like most places. After putting only $100 deposit down(other places asked for $1000 then still sold the car on me the next day) they changed brakes oil change ect. And got it completely road ready for me within a few days. Even fixed a couple of minor problems I noticed with the car after I brought it home. Would highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely be going back for my next car.

These guys are awesome. Bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from them a couple months ago. The car has been great. Put 100$ down. when I went to pay and pick up the car, I was surprised to find that they replaced the brakes, and re-painted the hood for me. They can also give you plates and register the car for you in their office. So easy.

I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru from Stateline Auto Brokers. I went in to the whole experience believing all used car dealerships are the same, but I could not have been more wrong. They are a small (in comparison) dealership but are always very busy and have lots of inventory. They are very relaxed and don’t try to force you to by something. Once we found the car we wanted they were open to negotiating and listened to what you had to say. They also took care of all the “problems” we found with ease. Everyone so transparent and wasn’t trying to hide anything. They made it clear if I see or found something wrong to tell them. They are to the point and have kept to their word. My next car is going to be purchased here and I’m referring my family as well. A good mechanic and dealership are hard to come by and this is the complete package

Great experience with the Stateline sales team. They where extremely efficient at completing my credit app over the phone.
I arrived and the vehicle was waiting for me to test drive. By the time I returned from my test drive, all the documents where drawn up and I was able to sign everything in a matter of 30 min.
The vehicle had no remote or spare key and Lou was able to provide me with both.

We were contacted immediately by Lou. Given honest and professional customer service over the phone. When we agreed on a price, we were asked to allow some time so they can service and prepare the vehicle for us. With no added fees, they serviced and upgraded our new Tahoe baby. We live 3 hours away from Stateline Auto Brokers and it was worth every mile we traveled. All the staff members were very personable, polite and real. After months of car searching and visiting multiple private sellers and dealerships, this was our best experience hands down. We highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone looking for a vehicle. Other customers that were being attended ahead us were just as happy and treated with great respect and honesty. Had a great experience with the office and sales team. They were all friendly, genuine and professional. We never felt pressured, but we found exactly what we were looking for and we felt we got a good deal. They fully serviced the car, adding new brakes, routers and a windshield in a timely manner. They also took care of the car registration, inspection and sales taxes. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

Everyone involved in the process were very kind and honest. You don't get the typical dealership pitch at all.
