El Mariachi

Good food. As with most things, better there than with takeout. Higher quality meat than some of their competitors, but little less flavorful.

We ordered the sampler appetizer, fajita chimi, carnitas tacos, chicken quesadilla , and fried ice cream. They brought fajitas instead of carnitas ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ , but at least they were good.

*Update, we've been back since then and it was much more bland than we remembered.

We have been coming here for years and have tried a decent percentage of the menu. The steak huesteca and carne asada are my favorites, but we always get the queso con carne as well. The steaks are tender and flavorful with a flame touched taste. Love it.

Incredible experience at this Mexican restaurant! The staff was a step above great. They were helpful, fun, and super attentive, making the whole dining experience memorable. I ordered the chimichanga, and let me tell you, it was top-notch. The flavors were authentic, and the servings were enormous. I definitely got my money's worth.

But the highlight for me was the fried ice cream for dessert. I've been on a quest across New England searching for the best fried ice cream, and I can confidently say, this place ranks in the top 95%!

I celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday at El Mariachi, and we were blown away by the quality of the food. The steak fajitas were particularly excellent - the meat was tender and juicy, and the seasoning was spot on. We also tried a variety of other dishes, including the guacamole, which was fresh and flavorful, and the enchiladas, which were rich and satisfying.

The atmosphere at El Mariachi was also fantastic - it was lively and festive, with colorful decorations and friendly staff. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our meal. The prices were reasonable too, especially considering the high quality of the food.

I went to this restaurant with my family to try some Mexican cuisine and I wasn’t disappointed. We ordered only 2 pork dishes but that is enough to fill everyone, this Mexican food is extremely good!

Loved this place , it was our first time! Our waitress was very attentive even during a busy night .. The place is pretty big, but warm and cozy… We had their chips and salsa … ordered appetizers and drinks- we were full and didn’t order anything else lol… will definitely be back ! Thank youuu 🤤

This was my first visit to this location. Love the vibe here. Wasn’t busy at the time, so asked for the window seat and was given no problem. Service was friendly and food came out fast! Will most definitely be coming back!

We are not from the area and arrived here based on a google search. Staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived and were able to acomodate our party of 8 right away. We had Margaritas and several different dishes from the menu, everything was delicious. My husband said the rice was the best Mexican rice he's had. Nice, colorful decor inside.

I've always had a great meal and super great service. It truly reminds me of west coast Mexican Cantina's!

I loved eating there. It's an amazing place decorated with Mexican culture stuffs. Food was very good. I ate "Mariachi Nachos" and I recommend it 😋. It wasn't crowded at that time. I was there at 2:40 pm. They serve a lot of food and their prices are acceptable, and they have good service. I enjoy the moment.

I lived in Texas for many years. Moving back to this area meant not getting good Mexican food, or so I thought. Finding El Mariachi was wonderful! The food is delicious and the music makes me feel as if I were back having lunch in Mexico after shopping. I love it!

The food is great. The staff are super friendly and nice. The service is pretty quick. The portions are a good size. The sweet chimichangas are delicious.

I was visiting my in laws from out of state and we came eat dinner here and it was the absolute best Mexican restaurant I’ve eaten at. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our host Fernando was super nice and very helpful. He came check on us often if everything was great and he was seriously the best host my gf and I have dealt with. He definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back again.

Passing through Taunton looking for a place to eat, and decide to try Al mariachi. What a pleasant surprise! Very friendly staff. Excellent food and drink. Plan on going back again one day soon.

Second time here. Guacamole so delicious definitely have the guy come over. Its filling though. Ribeye was amazing! All the flavors and grilled shrimp. A fav. Of mine. Mango margarita the best! Ask or lookout for Rick! Hes friendly and a great guy. Cant wait to go back.

Was looking for a place we could sit down in for dinner after a treetop adventure and we canne across this place. So glad we did! Great atmosphere, tortilla chips and salsa were super fresh and delicious. I had the variety appetizer plate. Everything was yummy!! The Margarita was refreshing, huge and excellent! Highly recommend this place.
