My first time at this particular Family Dollar and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. The cashier greeted me enthusiastically, warmly, sincerely, and super friendly. Her name was Miranda or Melinda or something similar. The store is huge and very well laid out. The variety is great and the prices are amazing. The same cashier who greeted me, checked me out. So friendly, genuine, and courteous. This is customer service! This is how customer service should be!

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. The Spanish lady there is the sweetest most professional employee I've ever met. Please give her a raise because she deserves it.

This store in Taunton is pretty new and by far the best family dollar I have shopped at. The customer service needs some help but all retail stores need help with customer service always.
