Ordered the lobster boil and some gumbo for Father's day. It was excellent. Food was very very very delicious and hot and fresh. Owner was so polite ... i highly recommend coming here. I will definitely be back the food is amazing. Great price and fresh. If your looking for a delicious meal try this place place out. You won't be disappointed. ... i give this gem a 10 out of 10. Looking forward to eating from here again soon.

I attended this bar for a Bob Marley tribute. The live band and the ambiance made it easy for me to sit and enjoy multiple drinks and apps for a few hours! The cajun menu is the smartest idea; along with the food flavors and presentation. You cannot go wrong! I plan to visit again for the seafood boil option. Very impressive spot for Taunton and the prices are perfect for a first date option on a budget. Ample parking.

We have been twice now in the last month, and both times dinner was exceptional. A key factor in our decision making when we have a date night is consistency, and Acadia nails it. I ordered the same item (garlic scallops over zoodles, which were cooked perfectly and not mushy the way my attempts turn out) both times, and it was perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious. Also highly recommend the crab cakes for an app—98% seafood and very little breading makes them light but incredibly flavorful. The hubs had the Cajun chicken pasta the first visit, and the tilapia with coconut rice on the second, and again, both winners. (Also, if you visited within the first few weeks, note that there was a chef change.)

The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and inviting, especially with the Edison bulbs and dark tones, but what really makes this place a new favorite are the owner and staff. The owner genuinely cares about his patrons, is open to feedback, and demonstrates a very hard work ethic. The bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and also genuinely care if your experience is a positive one.

We have grown to really love Acadia, and really want to see them succeed. We don’t have anything like it our area, so the next time you are looking for something new, please support local business and give them a shot! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Our second visit, the food was amazing both times! The drinks are well crafted, and the wait staff are knowledgeable and friendly. At this time, there is typically one person serving tables and the bar. I noticed some negative comments on that. However, this provided us the opportunity to actually talk and not feel rushed. No issues here! We met the owner and chef tonight, great experience! Looking forward to coming back with family and friends!

Went there for the first time tonight. Tuesday night wings for 50 cents each. We tried 3 flavors. All were awesome. Our meals were beyond our expectations and we enjoyed them very much. The highlight of our night though was Nick. He seemed to be juggling from bartender to waiter but was always present. He gave us great service and great conversation. We left with smiles on our faces. A special thanks to nick for that. 😊. We will be back. 👍

Absolutely delicious! The service and environment are top shelf even the bathroom!

I live in Malden and have driven to Acadia Seafood & Bar twice now! That’s almost an hour each way! So so worth it! Nick, the bartender is fabulous and the owner, Eddie, is fantastic as well. I went the first week they opened and then again 3 days ago. What a difference! Seems the place is running very smoothly! The ambiance is wonderful and the food is delicious. The place is cozy and clean! I recommend the crawfish boil with the house red sauce! Also, the crab cakes and wings are delicious for appetizers!

First time at this restaurant and everything is fresh and vibrant. The atmosphere is amazing and comfortable. I started with the Pimms Cup cocktail, nice and sweet without being overwhelming. Chose the Sweet Chili wings to start with. The sauce is incredible and the wings were nice and juicy (I normally prefer a crispy wing but these were nicely balanced) I had the Snow Crab and Shrimp boil with garlic butter sauce. If you like a nice clean taste this is a good flavor choice. It was nice and saucy, happy for the bib and gloves. It comes with 2 pieces of corn and potatoes. I added sausage to add a bit more to the plate. Next time I believe I will try the Acadia sauce for more of a cajun blend. I finished the night with the beignets, they had a sweet cream/cheese center. The dessert was not super sweet which I appreciated.

I will say that parking is really tricky, I hope that is remedied soon.

Overall it was a an amazing experience our waiter was very attentive and responsive to all concerns and questions we had regarding any of the dishes.

By the the best food! Owner made and greeted us! We came in last minute and still exceptional customer service told him I hadnet had a boil in a while and this food was by far the tastiest spiciest meal ! Phenomenal

Great customer service. Maryland crab cakes are so delicious. I then ordered the Shrimp and lobster tail with the house acadia red sauce. So flavorful with the right amount of spice. Great addition to Taunton.

Very impressed with Acadia restaurant for a few reasons. First, the look of this restaurant is at a quality that you would normally see in and around the Boston area. Upscale, modern, class touches all the way to the copper details around the dark hardwood finishes around the massive bar and the bathrooms...seriously, the bathrooms look like it’s straight from a home magazine! Eclectic artwork representing the jazz culture blending with today’s music making the millennials want to add to their IG page! The food, can’t beat the price for the quality and quantity you get here. Seafood boils with all the decorations, too good to pass up. And of course, the staff are so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Always greeting you and making sure you leave Acadia with a smile. I am very excited to share this with everyone so make sure you check it out especially on Friday and Saturday nights for live music! Hope to see you there!

Amazing place to eat good vibes. Never a bad meal or even ok always to perfection. Not to mention the blue label always handy.. one of the best places around. From the bartender to the owner place is just very welcoming. If you haven’t checked it out you are missing out on a gem

Can't say enough good things about our experience at Acadia last night. Operating an independent restaurant is always a challenge; doing it during pandemic restrictions and economic uncertainty is certainly a struggle. Acadia is rising to the challenge, offering a simple but interesting and fun menu of sophisticated appetizers and family-style Cajun boil meals. The restaurant is immaculately clean, and the two front staff doing the seating, serving, and bartending were friendly and helpful with making our food choices. Littlenecks in red wine sauce were sweet and delicious, and our lobster/crab/shrimp boil in garlic butter sauce was the perfect late summer supper. We saved room somehow for the caramel pretzel dessert. Taunton is fortunate to have many small restaurants and Acadia is one of the very best.

AMAZING!!! The flavor was out of this world. I highly recommend Acadia Seafood and Bar. The Salt & Pepper lobster is a must try as well and the Creole Chicken. Y’all need to get out and go support this local business in the Taunton Area.

If your in the area of Taunton please stop by this place it is amazing and even if your not in the area its definitely worth the drive. The food is amazing the staff is great and the bathrooms are beautiful (I know weird thing to review on but it's really that nice) The crawfish boil with the Acadia sauce is a must!!! Scratch that everything is a must!!

OMG!!!!! Hands down best food me and my husband had in a long long time... My husband got the crawfish and I got the littlenecks both in the Acadia red sauce... Good portion for a great price 👍😁👌
