Amazing experience! Henry and his staff are so helpful and respectable. The atmosphere when I walked in was very inviting, and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything. I brought in a piece to be custom made for my anniversary with my girlfriend. Instead of rejecting my idea like multiple other jewelry stores, Henry sat down and worked with me for over half and hour to bring my idea to life. He did it all in one day and the piece came out jaw dropping gorgeous, my girlfriend loves it. Henry’s prices are fair and his staff are professionals. I will be sure to come back for all my jewelry needs.

Good customer service, Quality of care wonderful expectation of time wonderful. I am so happy to have found them on google. I’ve had a few jewelry that needed repair.I searched and they came up right in my neighborhood! They are very welcoming once you step in the door. I picked up my jewelry and it was so shiny and clean. All the repairs were complete. The pricing is also fair. I will definitely go back if I need anything else done!

I came to this jewelry store with a ring that had sentimental value towards my girl friend. The ring was in pretty bad shape, it was missing a whole piece. It seemed like a pretty tough job but the outcome of the ring was amazing. I was very happy and most important so was my girlfriend. They was all friendly very helpful and professional I would definitely keep bringing my jewelry back if I needed too.

I just recently had a family trophy which was over 50 years old refurbished, Eric and his team did a fantastic job! He was able to clean it up and bring it back to life reusing 95% of the original parts. My family and I could not be happier giving the memory of our fallen family member some new life!

I have to say I have been to several jewelry stores in Lawrence but can’t never get the customer service and quality of Henry’s jewelry. They are so profesional and look for many ways to get what you need if they don’t have it right there for you. Definitely the best jewelry store in the area!!!
