The Dr and the staff all deserve a huge amount of recognition! I'm so grateful for all they've done and getting me seen in a timely manner to help with getting me out of pain and even provided me with a work note for my place of employment. I don't like having teeth pulled but Dr Swiggert can numb me up any day. He is so gentle with his steps and procedures. Now I understand why all the staff are happy and so amazing at each facility! Thank you RIVER ROCK.

Very caring ! I was a emergency patient and they got me in in a timely manner! So great full for their kind and caring service. I would recommend them to everyone. The Dr was very reassuring that he could get me to stop bleeding and he did a fabulous job of doing so. Many thanks to him and his staff!

My husband used river rock to have a badly decayed molar removed. We were very happy with their services. The whole process was virtually painless. Their prices are also very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get dental work done.

Dr. Schweigert and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Schweigert will do quality work and has a outstanding bedside manner. I highly recommend going here.

Dr. Swigert and his team at River Rock Oral Surgery are the absolute BEST at what they do. The entire process from scheduling, pre/post-operative instruction, extraction, and recovery was seamless. The entire staff showed such compassion and care. My son had little to no discomfort during the healing process making it a positive experience for him. I highly recommend Dr. Swigert and his staff for any oral surgery needs.

I was referred to this surgeon by my wonderful dentist office at Absolute smiles. I couldn't have been more pleased with the attention and quality of service that I received. Also like my dentist at Absolute smiles the entire staff here at River Rock oral that I came in contact with were very caring very attentive very sweet they made me feel like they truly cared and I still believe that. The quality of care I received was excellent and I could go on for days but I better not.

There are very few reviews I can write without some criticism.
But this is one.
River Rock Oral Surgery in Kingman AZ is one place I can heartily recommend (as well as in Bullhead City. Didn’t go to that office, but pretty sure it’s run as nicely as the Kingman office).
The office staff is first rate.
I was nervous as all get out, but they had my best interests at heart.
And Dr Ryan C Swigert…can’t say enough GREAT about him. Very caring and sweet person. As a surgeon, the man is FIRST CLASS A#1.
And I do NOT feel that I got soaked by an overpriced practice.
His staff loves him, that speaks volumes!
I HEARTILY RECOMMEND RIVER ROCK ORAL SURGERY.

Dr. Swigert and his office are wonderful! Beautiful office and very nice office staff. He did an oral surgery for my 12 year old daughter. He is so kind and made her feel very comfortable. Corrine is amazing and helped through the entire process! She was a huge blessing to us. We were very happy to see Julie there as well. Just a group of very nice people in this office.

They were so helpful and great! My husband came here to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The Doctors is so nice and caring and he even personally called the next day to see how he was doing. After the surgery it was significantly less money then what was quoted, which showed me they are honest and trustworthy.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted with River Rock and they were amazing. The staff and physician made the whole process as painless as get teeth extracted could possibly be. Later that afternoon Dr. Swigert called us himself to see how she was doing and if we had any concerns. The procedure went well and she healed very nicely. I would highly recommend them.

These people here are wonderful and trustworthy.
They explained things well and everyone was so kind.
The surgeon was fast but thorough.
I would highly recommend going here if you need an oral surgeon in Mohave County.

Dr Swigert and his staff are the best! Dr Swigert took time to explain every part of the procedure and was very gentle. His assistant was just as nice and made sure I was at ease before the Dr came in and was very professional while assisting him. I opted to be awake during the visit and
the pain level was much lower than I expected. The office staff, from the first call to the completion of the visit, couldn't have been nicer.

Took my 15 year old daughter in for wisdom teeth extractions. EVERYONE in that office listened to our medical concerns. Before the procedure they actually consulted with my daughters other doctors! On the day of surgery doc came in, explained everything had everything specifically for my daughter. After the appointment, that evening, the doctor himself called to check up on my daughter. I have NEVER had an actual doctor do follow up before. This practice is above and beyond caring. I highly recomend them.

Unexpected low staffing on the particular days I was trying to get anyone to answer the phone (37 attempts after leaving a voice mail the day before). Corrie finally called back with sincere apologies for the difficulty I was having just trying to make an appointment. The actual appointment day, all was well and now I understand all the glowing reviews! Great service from everyone. True professionals. Was truly worth all the previous hassle.

Highly recommend Dr. Swigert and his team. They are the best. My husband has some major issues including a KOT tumor and Dr. Swigert took the time to explain treatment plans and what to expect. He has also extracted several teeth and we will never go elsewhere. Great asset to our small community. Thank you all.

I just got my wisdom teeth removed today and let me say I don’t remember a gosh darn thing. I went in this morning and Cori at the front desk explained everything to me. After that we went back and Dr.Swigert came in explained some more to me about the procedure. Stuck the Iv in my arm better and smoother then a phlebotomists at the hospital and within seconds I was out. I woke up in what felt like five minutes and was walked out to me car with all three of my teeth gone. Best dentist I have ever been too I would highly recommend!!!!

Amazing staff and Doctor! Had my top wisdoms removed yesterday no pain even today. I guess I asked them if they drew a penis on my forehead while I was out which I hope was as comedic for them as it is for me. Doc even called me that night to see how the recovery was going. Highly recommended!

He extracted my tooth out with ease and I didn't feel it. Excellent service would recommend for sure . Thanks for helping me feel better.
