Great products offered and fantastic customer service. Office employees are friendly and helpful, deliveries/pick up are always the same time every week and advanced notice for changed days (usually due to holidays). Have been a loyal customer for years through delivery changes, contract changes/normal price increases and have not changed. Highly recommend to businesses.

I have been a customer for a few
years. The company itself is ok. I have had a few problems with getting the correct towels as well as missing towels in my scheduled deliveries . What keeps me as a customer is the outstanding , amazing service I get from our delivery tech Fabian Santo . He is super personable and always has a smile for you . He gave me his personal cell number that I can use to contact him which I have on my occasions . No matter the problem he always has a solution , even if it means he uses his personal car to make a delivery on his days off. He always goes above and beyond and we so appreciate him.

Our driver Raul is fantastic! He is very personable. Shows up each week with a smile. Is always ready to answer any questions we may have regarding our service. Unifirst is very lucky to have such a dedicated, friendly employee.

I have always had an easy reliable relationship with Unifirst. Our driver Bryan has always helped me with anything we need. Our company works on Thermal boilers and we need FR rated clothing. They have it. (Not much of a selection for women). Bryan offered some gloveworx gloves to me and my technicians loved them. They are a bit pricey but definantly last way longer on one pair than the usual gloves so it's a win.
I have Bryan's cell phone so whenever I'm sitting at home at night and remember something I forgot throughout the day I send him a text and he always get back to me even when he is on vacation he replies and gets it taken care of.

The issue we are having at the moment is our company changed their name so we are getting new logos on our uniforms. The sewing was all messed up when we first received them and we asked them to correct all of them. They came and picked them all up and we still have not received the replacements. I am sure Unifirst is on it and we will have the correct logo on our uniforms soon.

Lewin Fabre has been taking excelent care of us! He goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Every morning he comes in he is energentic, positive and friendly. It's a great way to start the day!
