CRACK'D Kitchen & Coffee

Stumbled upon this Crack’d kitchen after going to the food court in the Northshore Mall and nothing looked appetizing. So we did a quick google search and chose this place. It’s only a 7 min drive from the mall and well worth it!
We ordered the classic chicken sandwich with a side salad and crispy fries. The ingredients looked fresh and presentation was excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Ditch the fast food restaurants and come here instead.
I'd recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.

Got the woodsman and hash browns. Food was excellent and fresh. Those hash browns and ketchup were on another level! The food had nothing on Jonathan though. His customer service was top tier. Super friendly and nice and extremely helpful with answering questions and getting anything we needed!! Even if the food wasn’t that good(which the food was perfection) we would come back just because of Jonathan!!

Fast from scratch? Pretty freaking close! Crack'd makes their menu items from scratch and it shines through in their offerings. Don't plan on eating low calorie here. It's all about big taste and amazing pairings.

I had sweet and spicy chicken with a cereal milk latte. The chicken is brined for 24 hours before breading and frying, then topped with cheddar cheese, Sriracha honey aioli, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and nectar of the Gods. It was crispy, sweet, the perfect amount of heat that allowed flavors to still come through and was not overly sauced up like a lot of these sandwiches go. Perfectly balanced flavors so you can enjoy each bite.

The cereal milk latte..... imagine cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk in your espresso. Because it's literally that. They infuse whole milk with actual cinnamon toast crunch cereal (removing all the soggy squares!) and use that as your milk in your iced latte 🤯 Just order it and thank me later.

Crack'd is clearly using superior ingredients. Combine that w/ a talented staff and you have the best breakfast sandwiches available in the northeast. Highly recommend.

A great find to start our day! They have many options to suit everyone in the family! Great egg sandwiches and great coffee!

My girlfriend and I stumbled onto Crack'd by chance, and we were thoroughly impressed! Everything tasted fresh and delicious from this affordable scratch kitchen. We can fully endorse the "North End" summer special egg sandwich (we learned they get their bagels from Bronx, NY) and their grain bowl. Moreover, the hash browns are a must try!

John and his team are doing an excellent job dishing out good food and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking forward to going back to try their Acai bowl and more of the egg sandwich offerings.

Definitely addicted to the crack latte. Also you have amazing staff that work there. I always enjoy seeing the back crew happy, and the cashiers are always great too. I love emily! She has an amazing attitude. I always recommend this place to my out of state family when they visit.

Hands down the absolute BEST breakfast sandwich on the north shore. Food is delicious and cooked perfectly every time. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. The coffees are soooo good. The price is also on point, it’s not overpriced like other options in the area. Please bring a location to Salem MA!

The Baja Burrito is easily the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. The iced pistachio white mocha latte is also very delicious. Took me a while to try this place because it’s a 25 minute drive from me but now that I have I will absolutely be back to try more things. Would love if you opened a location in Salem!

Consistently delicious & fresh food! It’s been my weekly lunch spot for a couple months now and I’ve loved everything I have gotten. Staff is very friendly as well! I Especially love the Mediterranean bowl and salads. Can’t wait to try more. My coworkers ordered some food with
me today. If I had one criticism it would be that I wish they were open later so I could pick up dinner there too!! :)

Amazing breakfast sandwiches that are way more filling than you'd expect. Pricey but worth it

We just tried this place after hearing the hype online. It was excellent!!!
Hash browns are cooked to perfection, crispy and delicious. My husband passed loaded hash browns and that was a filling breakfast alone. He said they were delicious. I ordered a kids meal for my 8yr old 1 large pancake, yogurt and drink $8
I ordered an egg sandwich and it was tasty with super soft bun. This is our new go to place!!!

I can’t say better things about this place. The food is amazing. Best chicken ceasar wrap. Love the acai bowl. Coffee is great. And the best is the staff! They are super friendly and always so helpful with the menu. I’m so happy this place moved into the plaza I work in!!

Everything they do is excellent. Their staff is fantastic. You can taste the difference when things are made fresh.

We’ve been here 3 times since they opened and absolutely loved it each time. The staff has always been noticeably cheerful and pleasant, and service is quick and efficient. The coffee is great, and hash browns are definitely worth getting. We will definitely be returning to this spot.

Best breakfast sandwich by far on the north shore! Worth the drive from Salem but I wish they were a little closer. Sandwiches are fairly priced, fresh, well cooked, and super tasty. A great addition to the area.

The absolute BEST gluten free breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten!! It is so delicious and I feel great after! The different types of coffee are equally amazing. And the staff is so so sweet. It’s hard not to go here every day!

Crackd has consistently exceeded my expectations for breakfast food quality. At this point, I -always- expect to be satisfied and happy with a filling and flavorful meal. The next mediocre experience here will be my first.

The food has always been high quality, well prepared and very tasty. I've gotten it for eat-in and take-out many times. I tried their burgers, not expecting more than adequate and was surprised to find them as well made, and as well prepared, as their breakfast offerings.

If I had any complaint about Crackd, it's that the establishments are often on the smaller side and not meant for large numbers of sit down patrons. This is great for a main focus on takeout and it's fine for most smaller parties. I tend to like to sit and relax at breakfast and sometimes have a larger gathering; Crackd accommodations won't fit that bill. Get some great food to go and take it elsewhere in that case.

Pricewise, Crackd isn't budget food. It's also not bank breaking. It's somewhere in the mid, or high mid range for what it sells. That said, the food itself is superb. Your own tastes will be the judge of whether it proves its value.

If you have not tried Crackd, I can recommend it. The staff at the Peabody and Andover locations are friendly, courteous and prepared. If you like their food options, I expect you will enjoy the experience

My new favorite place, I treated myself yesterday because I saw it finally opened and i was pleasantly surprised it was great! Friendly staff, not a long wait. Just long enough that you know your getting a fresh sandwich. I'll be back again!

Absolutely delicious! Just tried for the first time and am so impressed! Got the nostalgia coffee a salad and hash browns and all were amazing! Staff was really welcoming and nice as well!
