We enjoy giving a little love to the wonderful variety of food when we encounter it on our travels.

We like to eat healthy and always look for those options first, this is how we arrived at PFK.
We did take out but really enjoyed our wait, nice dining area, fun vibe, enjoyed a healthy shake while waiting for WITO.
People are friendly and helpful, always nice to encounter.
Both of us enjoyed our food options, soup of day looks yummy.

Staff was so nice and food was great! Very satisfied, so happy to have found this place. Love good, healthy, protein - rich foods made with quality ingredients. Highly recommend. I had the Sunrise Burger w/ lettuce instead of bun, also a bowl with spinach tortilla. Will come here again.

Best breakfast in America

We had a really good breakfast, the owner and the staff were really nice, he also gave us some protein balls to taste.
We totally recommend it for healthy breakfast.
We wuold love to have a place like this in Rome too.

Kind of stumbled upon this place by accident and what a wonderful happy accident. Very sweet atmosphere and the food was exceptional. Healthy and delicious. Great menu with lots of choices. The staff there were friendly and welcoming. I would go back for breakfast lunch or dinner any day of the week. Bravo to a great concept and delivery!

This place was a perfect stop for us between towns. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and the staff were beyond friendly, sending us with extra treats and waters for the road. The food was some of the best food we’ve ever had, with fresh and clean meat and produce. We will return to this place any time we are in Arizona. The after lunch smoothie was so so good and the staff were so kind.

This spot is a gem! They have great yummy and healthy food options. Everything I have tried has been so good. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We travel 11 months of the year and this travel took us to Bullhead Arizona.
We looked for a soup and salad place, not wanting a "chain" restaurant we went to PFK and was very surprised.
Husband order a chicken and berry salad and I got a Cobb salad and substituted the salmon for steak.
Then I ordered a cherry beet smoothie.
Everything was so flavorful and filling.

Good food you don't have to feel guilty for eating. Excellent customer service. The keto bacon cheese burger wrap is really good with some tofu fries or sweet potato hash. Smoothies are also really good. Go here to enjoy something different, healthy and delicious.

This place is the best when it comes to eating healthy. I visit often when wanting to replenish my fuel after working out..my go to are the bowls..Greek bowl. All healthy ingredients & a good sized portion to.keave you satiated. New locations opening up soon in Kingman & Ft. Mohave. Usually do.lunch & it runs about $13.00-16.00 for the bowls..Staff are friendly & the cooks are top notch. Hankering for a clean & healthy meal, stop by; you won't be disappointed

I was delighted to find this lovely corner of Bullhead City. Although service was a bit slow, the food is absolutely fresh. What I liked best was the friendly care and concern of the people who worked there. I felt welcome. There's no snobby "holier than thou" attitude in this restaurant. Just honest to goodness decent food in generous portions, well cooked, attractively plated, in a beautiful atmosphere. Enjoy!

I've been here a few times and each time has been great. I always get the steak fajita bowl and the rice is fantastic! When I ask for no beans they usually give me more rice, except on occasion when the cashier charges me double for it unknowingly lol. I had breakfast there last week and the vegan pancakes were amaziiiiing... never had vegan stacks before and I'll definitely be back soon for more. Thank you!

I came in for a to go order, the person who took my order was very sweet! The owner also introduced himself and showed me the surprise behind the mirror in the men's bathroom! Must check it out.

Easy no fuss ordering. I went early and had a vegan burger. It was tasty and well presented. I accompanied it with a kale-avocado smoothie. It need a little sweetness. A banana might’ve helped. Or some tartness too maybe.
The chef has made great efforts adding calorie counts, and offering choices with each meal. I really appreciated it. It is hard to understand the whole concept of a kitchen focused on healthy kitchen, but this place has it all and I shall visit again, not just to eat but also learn a healthier lifestyle. The restaurant sells some neat merchandise worth looking at too.

Healthy food that taste great. I ate a salad felt full the rest of the evening. I now keep coming back burgers are good too. Fountain drinks are Healthy and tasty.

Visiting from CA & so happy I stopped by! Exceptional food, amazing service, genuine owner- Eric! I can tell this place is one of a kind & has an amazing future, nothing like it. And so thankful that the menu has macros included, perfect for my ‘MyFitnessPal’! I don’t usually eat out bc I don’t know whats in my meal. Anyways,
I plan on ordering their meal prep for food to take back to CA. Thank you Eric & team!

So we just picked up dinner at Pro Fit Kitchen in Bullhead! WOW! I got the buffalo blue cheese burger bowl and a strawberry banana smoothie! So yummy! I picked up a tank top while I was there too and made sure to say hi to Eric Fox the owner before we left. The food is fantastic! The smoothies are yummy! Thank you to your staff as well, my son David and I will be back!

I have been back three more times in the last 5 weeks and each time I can’t wait to go back and try another thing on their menu! The ahi tuna bowl is another great option I’ve enjoyed and I like that I can add brown rice to them! And their smoothies I swear they will let you put everything in them! I know, my son has tried! Take my money for LIFE! Hands down one of the best restaurants in town. The Greek Wrap was AMAZING and refreshing. I will be returning often. Staff was very friendly, worth the wait

I have been to many great healthy restaurants but what set this one apart was the owner, Eric. He made it a point to stop and talk with me (and my friend, who has been a customer since he opened) each time we visited. Always smiling, and sharing his passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Not only did he do this with us, but he did it with anyone who wanted to talk. This is the difference. He not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. I only wish he would franchise soon, so I can enjoy his concept here in North Carolina!
