Excellent team in the receiving department, they can be open before the store, the best entrance is through the Auto Zone store, from North make a left on Black Mountain Rd, another left on Miracle Mile Rd and immediately make a right on Lewis Rd go straight to the end and make a left to the receiving door there is an unloading ramp. To exit you can continue around the shopping center until you exit.

Great selection of furniture at a affordable price. Needed a TV stand and all the local furniture stores wanted over grand for such a simple piece of furniture. Found a nice one here but was out of stock. We asked to buy the floor model and the women helping us us said her mgr needed to approve it and was out for the weekend. We were on our way out and she chased us down and said she got her mgrs mgr to approve it! Very grateful! Highly recommend going here! Some of the best customer service in BHC

This place was beautiful. Neatly stocked. Nicely cleaned. Not too many people. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Great electronics deal! I found a two-set headset for $8 for my daughter! We were stoked. Made my first visit to this city a little easier.

This is a great store! The staff asked us several times if we needed help and they were very, very nice. I have to say that I haven't been in a store where the staff was so friendly in years.

I love this store. It always has what I need and things I would never think I needed until I see them at this store. Lol. Everything is heavily discounted so it's a great place to get packaged food when you're on a budget.

So far in the past three years we have purchased two Certa mattresses and a beautiful TV stand. The mattresses were far less expensive at Big Lots. The TV stand is just totally outrageous. We knew what we what we wanted. Big Lots had it!

big lots there in bullhead City Arizona I enjoy going in there and enjoy the prices they're good and the people are good and friendly there they are willing to help my mom used to work there my brother still goes in there in the shop and when I'm in Arizona I'll stop there also when I need things cuz I like a dollar store and that's more or less like a dollar store which Walmart started out to be a dollar store and when Sam Walton died the kids sold it and it became a big corporation but big lots is a better place to go than Walmart while you're in bullhead City Arizona

The staff is always friendly. Mostly unknown grocery department, excellent spices, unusual brands always fun to try something new.

Large variety of items, at good prices. I was very surprised at the amount of furniture they have in stock, quality brands at prices far below furniture stores. I am very pleased with my purchase, and they do have a delivery service for furniture.
