Absolutely amazing office. I’ve been taking my beagle since he was 8 weeks old and now he’s turning 6 years soon. Dr. Flick has been working with him on his diabetes and she’s been fantastic. All the other doctors are awesome too.

I have had nothing but great experiences bring my dog here. I've recently had some ups and downs with my senior pure breed pitbull and everyone at Camelwest has been so helpful in providing me guidance on how to make him comfortable. They've been so sweet to my dog in providing him comfort and love when I bring him in. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help! I'm so thankful for finding this veterinary clinic. They have made it easier for me to help my pet in his senior years.

my fur baby chanel had a terrible scary accident with the door. she was bloody and looked really bad. we rushed her to camelwest animal hospital being the closest one to us. They had us roomed right away and take chanel to get examen. i appreciate the fast care and how empathetic the whole staff was. I also really appreciate all the work they did to get my baby back to healthy. second day of the accident and she’s much better , and almost 100% back to her regular playful self. Thank you for helping my baby!! 🐶🐾

We love Camelwest Veterinary. They've always treated all of our dogs in a kind, professional, caring manner for 20 years. Had emergencies with 2 of our dogs in the same week and they let us bring them in for treatment. Thank you Dr. McCready and Dr. Saunder and the staff for all your help!! We appreciate you!!

Dr flick is awesome. Very calm and gentle with Batman 🐈‍⬛. I have taken my cats here for probably 10 years? Or so? Great vet.

Chose CamelWest after reading other google reviews. New client- brought in all 3 of my cats on two separate days. I had many requests (like please add nail trims, please email me visit notes and itemized bill to submit to insurance), and was expecting to get an eye roll or an exasperated sigh. I never did. Was always met with a sincere smile, and an “absolutely! No problem” attitude from all front desk and vet tech staff. We were blessed to have Dr.Chelsi treat all 3 kitties, I love continuity of care! Everything they were going to do was explained to me before done, and recommended vaccinations were reviewed and my permission sought and granted, before administration. Highly recommend.

I was so worried about my puppy Zeus the Moose and they brought so much ease to my heart! They took their time and listened to me. The veterinarian even went out of her way to see if she could get a "sample" (if you know, you know) for me so I wouldn't have to do that at home. This is my go to Vet from here on out!! You can feel the love and understanding as soon as you walk in the door!!

Camelwest did a fantastic job taking care of our dog. We were able to get an appointment in only a couple days and they had plenty of friendly staff that took care of us from the minute we walked in the door until I was leaving. The office visit itself was $78.50 and X-Rays were more on top of that but they were upfront about the price and gave me options to try and get prescriptions at a cheaper price.

We just moved to Phoenix and I think we found our new vet.

We love Dr. Flick!! She is always attentive and patient with us. We appreciate her knowledge and taking the time to answer the many questions we have. The staff is very friendly, informative and kind. Thank you Camelwest for always taking care of us!

Edit: Another awesome experience at Camelwest. My baby is a real a-hole (my fault) but the doctor's and tech at this location always treat us with kindness. I will continue to drive the 35 miles just for the service at this location.

I always get excellent service here. The techs are welcoming and recognize my dog's needs. This location remembers us and I don't feel like a stranger when I walk in. They do an outstanding job supporting me and my animals at Camelwest Animal Hospital.

It is a wonderful place. It's clean, it smells good and everyone is very friendly. They really serve you very quickly and all the staff were very helpful with my dog. I love this place

First time at Camelwest Animal Hospital for our two dogs. Great experience staring with making our appointment. Very friendly and organized at the front desk. Dr Jennifer Flick took care of our dogs - she was amazing. Took the time to learn about Bentley and Louis and listed to our concerns. Would highly recommend!

I’m so happy I found this place. Honestly I had a very bad, devastating experience with a different vet unfortunately during a time where my dog wasn’t well so I was desperate, nervous and not expecting much… but they instantly put my mind at ease! I got a regular appointment the next day after I called (no extra expensive emergency appointment), I was seen right away with little to no wait, and the whole visit was timely but not at all rushed. I got to go back with my dog and comfort him rather than having to drop him off (my preference) and I felt like they heard me and provided a clear action plan to help my baby’s symptoms first and THEN find out what was wrong with him which was important to me. The people are nice, and the facility is clean. They weren’t trying to stuff additional products down my throat but you could clearly see that they had stuff to offer via posters with info so you can check it out on your own. They scheduled a follow up that same day, gave me meds and explained their purpose and functions that day. I left feeling like my dog was going to get better, and he has! The Dr. Herself was in direct contact with me and even emailed me later with some other options she thought might help just to make sure I was comfortable and my dogs pain was relieved. I will continue to take him there going forward for sure. 10/10, I recommend you give them a shot!

Amazing experience! Expensive, but unexpected specialist pet surgery is that. Took amazing care of my girl, gave me all the info I needed, and answered questions promptly (and through text! Ugh love that). To my meager knowledge, the surgery was performed well, the incision healed perfectly, and she was up and moving before I was ready for it! I was also appropriately warned of potential complications in surgery and during recovery and drove home how important it was if I didn't want to repeat it.

Everything was very straightforward, no hidden fees or weirdness, amazing staff! Ahsoka will miss all the lovies she was given! Thanks everyone!

I love this place. They have always been willing to work with me and my pets to provide the best care possible. There are several vet clinics that are much closer to where I live, one that I have worked at, and I still want to go to Camel West for their services simply because I prefer how they tend to my animals and their customer service. My pets and I have seen three different vets there and all of them have been a pleasure to work with.

So fortunate that I got in on a cancellation! Everyone was so friendly. Really appreciated the Dr. The charges were very reasonable. And the meds needed were included in the visit. This will be my new clinic for sure.

We have a very anxious dog and were so nervous to bring him in. We didn’t know what his reaction would be, if they would muzzle him because of his Pitt Mix breed, but they did no such thing! They were so patient with us and him. He did great and they put us at ease every step of the way!

They took excellent care of my 15 year old Yorkie for a dental and some extractions. She recovered quickly and they followed up to make sure she was doing well. Very reasonable in price as well.

Always great! The vets are extremely gentle and are especially well trained in all aspects of care. I have 9 animals from neonatal to seniors and they are great with all of them

Love this place. I took my dog to blue pearl to night before and they told me to return stool sample to Vet. I called and talked to Jasmine at Camelwest and she was so helpful. She told me I could bring sample in and very informative. Ladies were very friendly. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent service.
