I have never had any problems with Jennifer Nappi Allstate. If you have a had problem you are more than likely the cause of the problem. This insurance company doesn't wake up in the morning and say what customer can I get angry today, so they can leave a bad review.
They have always called me back, usually with an hour or so. RATES GO UP, it is part of life, it doesn't matter if you don't any violations. How can you not expect that.

Allstate is great. They gave us a quote within hours and they were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Allstate.

Carla at Jennifer Napi's office helped me out of a jam. Mother had died at the time of renewal for her home insurance. Florida based company would not write a policy "to the estate of". Carla found a way for Allstate to insure mother's home until it was sold (4 months). She even allowed monthly payments which really helped me out.
