I find them to be so friendly I love dr Abby my cats do too the vet tech needed some people skills but over all I ❤ love this place highly recommend it to any cat owner

Recently switched to taking my cats here. Highly recommend for any cat owner. Better than a typical vet. One of my cats is very skittish and usually gets very upset about going to the vet. Will hide for hours after. We went to the Taunton Cat hospital recently for the first time and when we came home she only hid for a half hour coming out for pets so soon after just reinforced my belief that they were so good with my cats. The atmosphere was really calming. The staff was amazing and the doctor really took the time to really go into helpful detail about my cats allergies and how to better help them. 100% recommend

Absolutely Amazing! It's so tranquil and the staff is made up of super polite people that really care about your cat! And they have an Awesome office cat named baby face who will sit in your lap and purrrr while you wait. I wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you!

This is the best place in the area to bring your cats. I will never go anywhere else so long as they remain open. They've always taken exceptional care of my cats and the atmosphere is always friendly.

The staff here is amazing! Have been here for years with many different cats. Was in recently to put down my 14 year old cat Olivia. They made an incredibly painful and emotionally difficult process so much more comfortable. Will always recommend everyone bring their cats here.

I went to the Taunton Cat hospital a week ago (9/12) with an abandoned cat I took in and named Jasper. He went in due to worms and received a a first time check up. The staff is so friendly and made the experience so much easier than anticipated. The vet ,Abby Fitzgerald, was so easy to talk to, explained things well and answered all of my questions. Dr. Fitzgerald and the vet tech Catherine (Cat) were warm and compassionate. Cat made the experiment so much easier as she was so caring and helpful! Jasper was very grateful as well :)

Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.

I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!

My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.

Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats.

The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic).

The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.

In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!

I recently discovered Tsunton Cat Hospital and have taken both of my cats in for exams, microchipping and one had been coughing. The vets and staff are friendly, very approachable, informative and reassuring. I'm so glad I found vets with their expertise and with a specialty in cats.

The doctors at Taunton Cat Hospital take great care of our cats when they go in for their yearly exam, or if one of them is ill. The vet techs help out the doctors, and help our kitties stay calm while being examined. Ollie & Christy are in good hands at TCH!!! 👍 Thanks!!

I have brought my cat here since he was rehomed to us in the beginning of 2020. The staff have been nothing but kind, patient and gentle with my cat and any questions I have, even throughout the stressful skyrocket in demand that veterinarians have seen since the pandemic. Their heavily specialized knowledge in cats is evident and really shows through in the quality of care they give. I would, and do, recommend any cat owners to bring their babies here. Also, the sweet cats in the lobby always brighten my day!!

This is the best veterinarian service I’ve ever been to. They were welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. Beautiful waiting room, friendly staff, and welcoming resident cats: Mickey and Babyface. My cat lost her absolute mind in the exam room but they scheduled me for another appointment later that week and sent me home with a “calming kit” to help her be less psychotic next time. I won’t go anywhere else.

We have had many visits to TCH over many years. They have always been wonderful. They have been very good with maybe a dozen cats over the years and their care has always been successful for the continued health of our kitties. Photo is Millie and Mollie in red fuzzy bubble.

I have been bringing my cats to Taunton Cat Hoospital for over 10 years. They are very careing and informative and answer any questions I have ever had. I highly reccommend there facility. what I really love about it is the fact that no dogs are welcome.....The staff is very helpful and courtious.

This place was amazing! The staff are warm and friendly, the doctors are caring and true cat people. I drive over an hour to get here because of their knowledge, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. If you have a cat that you want to know is getting the right care... I'd definitely go here. The costs are even more competitive than most Vets I have tried for my little friend.

She had her health issues but the wonderful folks at the Taunton Cat Hospital gave her a great quality of life for her 18 years. I wouldn't use any other vets and technicians.

The Team at Taunton Cat Hospital are simply fantastic. They were incredibly patient and gentle with my nervous old man. Dr. Fitzgerald was very attentive to any changes in his behavior and habits as he ages and went into detail on his diagnostics and how I can help him moving forward. I spent 15+ years as a Vet Tech and would recommend Taunton Cat to any feline Pet Parent.

I’ve been taking both my cats here for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier. Being a fairly new pet parent is stressful and knowing I picked an amazing vet really makes it easier. Every staff member I’ve ever interacted with has been extremely kind and they always make sure I know exactly what’s going on. With Covid I am really impressed on how they’ve been handling it. I don’t mind the drop off scenario, and do look forward to being able to go inside with my cats soon, but for now I give TCH major kudos for handling this virus and still making their patients (and parents!) feel well taken care of.

Ted and I LOVE Taunton Cat Hospital. High standard of medicine, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly team members. I'm sad that we had to lose them as our veterinarian when we moved to California - wish we could have taken them with us!

Taunton Cat Hospital is amazing.. I found my Willow alone in a box outside and needed her seen to check her out. They got me right !!! And acommadated the times I needed for appointments. They did Willow spay and everyone was amazing!! I highly recommend this facility!!
