I bought my wife's engagement ring and her wedding band here. They have amazing customer service here. When my wife's ring broke, I brought it in to them and they said that it shouldn't have broke and repaired it for free. I will be going to them for any and all of my jewelry needs in the future. Can't recommend enough.

Pacheco’s is a gem. After moving to the area and being unable to maintain my former local jeweler, sought a new local jeweler. Had an unpleasant experience at a jeweler nearby on Broadway, then discovered Pacheco’s. Wow!!! What a world of a difference excellent customer service makes!!! Whether it’s a call, email, or in person, Pacheco’s delivers greatness. Lou has created a custom intricate pendant for me, repaired watches, resized rings, repaired rings, advised about purchases and other projects. Have recommended Pacheco’s to everyone I know and family has switched to Lou’s as well. Pacheco’s is trustworthy and they even take a picture of the jewelry/item you bring in for repair. Always a pleasure to deal with Lou and the Pacheco Team.

What is better than walking into a store and working directly with the owner? I took an engagement ring in for a resize based on a recommendation from a family friend. I was treated as if I was a life long customer (which his what I will be now). Lou is beyond accommodating and is as real as they come. He truly cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. I will be going back for any future purchases. I would not even consider going anywhere else ever again!

I just love Pacheco's Jewelry store, I get most all of my jewelry there. I can trust Louie wholeheartedly! He has always been a pleasure to deal with, he has done custom work for me which was has been stellar! When I first saw the new store I was amazed, I felt like I had just walked into a Manhattan jewelry store. It is gorgeous. I know my sister frequents the store, as well as all of her coworkers at the TMLP! Lots of girls work in the TMLP office, they keep him busy!

Best place I could have gone too, and happy I did. It was very cheap to get my chain fixed and the price for what you get cant get any better anywhere near here. Trust me I have looked at a lot of stores and this one was by far the best with a doubt.
