I was traveling from NJ to Cape cod and my check engine light went on. I called 3 chrysler service centers and only Elmwood in East Providence RI would squeeze me in. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Elmwood Dodge. And this was by far the best experience I've had with them. When I reached out to Wayne the Monday before Christmas 2022 saying I wanted a new red 300 Touring L AWD he had what I wanted In my possession Christmas Eve just 6 days.

It's a beautiful car and they couldn't have been more accommodating and getting it to me on Christmas Eve.

Ive bought a fair amount of vehicles in my life but Elmwood was over the top in customer satisfaction. From the warm reception on the phone, the non pushy check ins with text and emails, the hospitality at the dealership, the owner walking around conversing with all the patrons and the multiple calls from the sales rep who seemed very interested in my happiness ...the list goes on and on. Additionally Elmwood was more than fair with the numbers and even registered and picked up the plates for me. The focus at Elmwood is on customer satisfaction which starts at the top and I look forward to going back.

After some unexpected issues with my old vehicle, I made an unplanned visit to Elmwood. Salesperson Matt was very low pressure and stayed late to help me check out the vehicle I went to see. Sales team very personable and 4 days later I was driving my new Jeep Renegade Limited. Very pleased with the process, and happy with the outcome.

had a oil leak on my 2018 Chrysler 300s 3.6 i called and talked to Scott. i told him i think its oil filter housing while i was on the phone he checked to see if the parts department had the part in stock he told me drop the vehicle off. when i arrived at the dealer Scott suggested i change the plugs since the intake was going to be off the change the oil filter housing which was a good advice. i talked to jim the service manger they were going to check to see if it would be under warranty. they went out of there way. the car was done in two days . they are two of the best guys to deal with . they both go out of there way to help the customer i will be using Elmwood in the future thanks

My experience at Elmwood CDJR was stellar, I dealt with Jay the owner and Ron Cadet in sales who was assisted by Ben the manager. The process was so smooth and easy. My experience with Elmwood Dodge was exceptional. My car was purchased on May 17th 2021, and I've loved driving every mile since. There were two issues with the vehicle. One was discovered before signing the sales agreement (bad sunroof motor), and the second (air conditioner didn't work) was discovered right after signing the papers. Elmwood took care of both problems, and provided me a rental vehicle while in the shop at no cost to me. I think it's important to mention that once the papers are signed, ownership changes. They still fixed the air conditioning without question at NO CHARGE because I hadn't yet left the lot. The part that needed to be replaced was all the way in the back of the engine, and wasn't an easy job. I truly believe that had I purchased a pre owned vehicle elsewhere, that consideration to me as a client wouldn't have been as top notch. My interactions with sales, financing, and service were all professional, courteous, and friendly. I love my "Chaaaag" and hope nothing happens, but Elmwood would be my 1st choice for business if I ever need another vehicle.

Best Damn service and sales team in the whole country. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I lease and service all my vehicles there. If you have a bad experience they will go above and beyond to make sure your happy. If your not, then your just that type of person who's just NEVER happy with anything so the problem is you :-).

I was not aware of the change regarding the express oil change policy, notably needing to make an appointment. The attendant made me aware of it, but said they would take my vehicle in anyway, and the oil change and comprehensive inspection were completed quickly and I was on my way.

I had a great experience working with Wayne. He was very helpful and patient. I explained to him my issue and he took care of it without hesitating. He answer all my question that I had and he was able to get me out of the dealership with the dodge Durango I was looking for. Once again thank you Wayne for you amazing work

The whole staff was very nice. We never felt pressured into any purchase. They followed up with my purchase of a New Ram truck a few days later to make sure it was ok.
We had a check engine light come on, and they took care of it the minute I drove it back to them. Was nothing serious happened it just tripped on. Truck is running great and we love it!

Between my wife and I, this is our 8th car from this dealership. So it's safe to I would never go anywhere else to purchase my car.
