Working on the remodel team and I must say, the customer loyalty is inspiring. I've seen loyal customers with maps drawn out because they know their store. The remodel may be a burden, but it's to bring in some really awesome products, modernize and simplify the experience at this chain that has pulled through it all. Proud to be part of it all!

Very nice grocery store. Clean. All employees have friendly and helpful.
Digital coupon deals are great but app does not work so you have to watch prices at checkout when using Digital coupons

Very clean and cashiers are usually very personable. I love going here because it never feels like I went to the grocery store, it's enjoyable and not a chore. That's a plus! I also like the fact that the shopping carriages are not all rickety...no thump thump throughout the store! Another plus!

We saved a whole bunch with discounts and shopping around. Their produce department is HUGE AND BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED. Great job to those who work there.. Slightly pricier than m.b. but still a better choice than the smelly 🔴 and 📗 across the street. Shaws is a great store.

there is a section in the meat isle where they sell "Non perfect meats" that are either thin cuts or close to sell date which are all on sale. Its good that a supermarket is trying to reduce its meat waste this way. Besides ill never be upset with 30% off on sirloin

This is a great market to shop. Not a cross the street. Shaw's has the best staff, I never have to stand in line for a long period of time, The staff in all departments are amazing...if a item you want is not on the shelves they will go check the back and most times then not they have it. Always happy to help. You guys keep the store clean, stocked, and a peaceful shopping experience. Thanks to the amazing staff that keep costumers coming back.

Very impressed with business during the Stop n Shop strike. I attempted going several times and it was just so busy. Finally went in at almost 7:30pm and it was still extremely busy....was in and out in 35 minutes!! They had enough registers open to accommodate the added customers, store was clean, the shelves were very stocked (a couple things were low but not bad) workers were very pleasant and working very hard, they didn't let the stress show and they kept up on the carriages in the parking lot. Didn't see any in the 2 corrals I parked near. Great job Shaw's employees!!!

I love all Shaw’s supermarkets, but this is my favorite one. I live far from there, and I don’t care I cross the highway and the bridge to get there, to do my shopping. The attention is excellent and I always find all my products.

Everything was hot and fresh. The chicken just came out of the oven. Got some chicken & mac & cheese for under five dollars. That works for me because that's pretty much my budget at max for meals. When money's tighter, I spend less. Can't really get anything for 3-4 dollars anymore

Shaws in N Providence would not renew my rain checks even though they still did not have products and they expired on Friday. Said I had to wait until then. Went to East Providence store and they did no problem. East Providence is always so accommodating. Unfortunately I live closer to N Providence

A few years back, I would've rated this market much lower as they didn't keep up with their produce & veggies, and service wasn't great. Now they've turned it around completely! Very neat & clean with fresh items & produce! Dramatic difference! I now shop there frequently.

Super easy curbside. Always has my items. Also carries unique things. Reasonably priced. We even got a free sample with our order. Love it!!

Great supermarket unless you want some freshly cut deli food. Worlds slowest deli! UPDATE: It seems like they took some action and the deli works at a regular speed now. Yay!

I have had good experience here over all i have been to two other places i will not go back. Your fruit is fresh. You have the shelves stocked well. The floors are clean. I now only go to shaws in ep they are doing a great job everyone thank you all so much. Only thing i noticed is the belts at registers could be clean by staff. Carriages are being clean. Masks are being worn by everyone. Staff are kind and helpful. Floors are cleaned good. I feel safe shopping there. I am proud of my store i have shopped there for thrity years. Great job guys keeping my house with paper goods disinfect. Hand gel alcohol lysol spray no but those items are hard to get. But i have wipes and i am happy to have them only from shaws.

Love Shaw's supermarket but there's not one close to my area
