It’s been about 3yrs since I returned. The shop has since been upgraded, it is fresh, light, and quite beautiful. The service was excellent and I am so glad I came back, work was what I expected 2 owners ago-Super Happy!

I love this shop; it is so clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I really like the attention that they give every time I go there. I have had such a great experience that I have taken my daughter, my sister and even my son so they can experience this great shop as well. Thank you, Eric and team!!

Love this place, have been there a few times and they haven’t disappointed me! I have been on a natural short nail vibe lately and they give me just that. Most places nowadays just want to do the extravagant nails to pay all this money and this place is affordable and does great work!!!

My mom and I meet up ever other weekends so we can get our nails done and catch up on family gossip. We have been to several nail salons and by far this has been the best for us. The staff is so friendly and they do such a great job. We have not yet, had to wait every time we go in because they are always fully staffed. We met up for Mother's day today and they did a fantastic job. They even gave all their customers, a single stem rose. 💅⚘

Snow is the best! She is super fast at doing my nails but they always come out perfect!

Refined Nails & Spa was so nice and clean, they were absolutely amazing. They're great at their designs and I left very happy this is great place to come and get your nails done and the prices are very reasonable.

All the staff are welcoming my nails always come out great, recently they opened up a new refined nails located on 83rd and Bell and i love that one 10× more. Amazing staff love the way my nails come out, there are lots of colors to choose from. Love both of these locations!!

Place is worth it even though some things are a bit pricey. They are very kind and have great customer service than some places I've been too. Ii have no complaints. Had waxes and nails done here. An hope to try more :D
