I know a lot of people in the construction business but could not get any of them to take on my job,. "I'm way too busy and just can't make any promises when I can get to it...." I came across United S A Construction after looking outside my normal contractor connections. I was very cautious about using someone that I didn't know. Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time. The job move quickly and a minor misunderstanding on my part was discussed professionally and a reasonable solution was reached without a problem. The job was completed without interruptions within a weeks time. I already have another quote for more work to be completed and I referred him to friend today. Cesar was very nice and I think I have found a reliable contractor for the future.

Ceasar was quick to come out and meet with my husband an I to replace our 30 year old roof and chimney! Offered us the most competitive rate. His crew took precautions with the property and cleaning which was very important because we have dogs.

Ceasar was amazing. Very professional. Responded quickly and explained what's wrong. Previous contractor did a terrible roof was leaking badly. Ceasar went to the house that day. Gave me a very fair no nonsense price with a guarantee.

I contacted United SA Construction for snow removal for the winter season on November 18, 2019. I was then forwarded an estimate of $40. I was in contact with Cesar and I asked if there was anything I needed to sign, which he didn’t say anything was necessary. The first storm where snow was needed to be removed was December 1, 2019 which was completed and was done well. December 3, 2019 I asked him to come by but didn't here a response for 2 hours so I wasn’t sure if he would answer and the only time I had was before I went to work, so I did the removal myself. Then another storm came on January 19, 2020 and I asked him to do my property again and his response was “I apologize but we are booked for the winter season.” Which I was confused by this because he told me he wasn’t all booked for the winter when we first spoke. Then he responded by saying “I sent you a Estimate you never gave me a ( YES ) you told me that you will call me everytime you need a service.“ This confused me even more because my agreement was that I would call him for what time I would need service, because the estimate he provided said only from 10pm to 7am. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t restricted to these hours because not all snow storms happen between 10 pm and 7am. I didn’t want my tenants to come home after work to the property full of snow. When I looked back to our previous text convo he even told me “i will be able to come by at anytime now worries we always track the storm and we will make sure 10am to 5pm is clean as well.” I even asked him before he did my home the first time if I needed to sign a contract which he didn’t say I did. After he said he was booked for the winter I texted him “You already did my property once. I don’t understand what changed“ and I still have not heard from him til this day. I don’t understand why he was saying I didn’t say yes if he has already don’t my property once and I requested if I needed to sign anything. Why was a yes necessary if the question was never directly asked to me to say yes to and if we already agreed on the estimate what more would I need to do? Now I am stuck without anyone to help remove snow for me because all snow removal companies are booked with residential properties.
