So much Tolkien material and the board game selection is better than I've ever seen in any other brick and mortar store. Insane collection of tabletop games, rule books, figurines as well. Very helpful and kind staff too! Love this place.

Favorite card shop. I make it a point to visit every time I come home. Both guys are wicked friendly and helpful. I only usually get MTG cards, but it's always fun to browse the display shelves. I haven't been for Friday night Magic yet, but have heard great things.

Rob the owner is kind, helpful, friendly. This is my first, best store for getting my D&D gaming supplies. He has plethora of other things there, well worth a visit. Much more interesting going to Rivendell than perusing the internet!

Sure I could buy everything online but here you can look and touch and discuss with the knowledgeable owner about these things you love, sharing interest and learning more about it before buying.

A great place to play Magic: The Gathering! Rob hosts many events at a unit next to his store. It's spacious, comfortable, and a great player environment that is extremely helpful and friendly towards new players. His selection of board games and table top is top notch, and the store has great hours. He sells MTG singles and is always willing to order specific products for you if he does not have them in stock.

Great selection of games and books. We came in for minifigures and found they had lots to offer and at the best price around. My favorite place used to be newbury comics to get tabletop games and accessories but that changed the moment i found Rivendell.

We have been shopping at Rivendell for years to satisfy our board gaming habit. Hobbyists can almost always find what they're looking for, with the exception of the wildly obscure or out-of-print. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

Awesome game store for all kinds of games from MTG to DND to Board games. Incredible selection of board games for sale in one store, got a bunch of christmas gifts there. Staff is super friendly and will order things for you if they do not have it in stock.

There are a lot of disappointing game shops out there - places with just one type of game, or with limited stock. But Rivendell is a VERY cool store. They have used books and used games, as well as lots of new ones. And rare dice that I haven't seen elsewhere - d3s, d5s, d7s, etc.

I picked up a cool dice tower there at a very reasonable price. And they have some *amazing* Gelatinous Cube figures, with embedded skeletons! They almost make me wish I played D&D.

A very nice game store and fantasy book store, Rivendell is an institution of Southern Massachusetts. Nestled in lovely Rehoboth with an accessible location, Rivendell stocks everything from Magic to Pokemon to the latest board game, but also feature some interesting New Age collectibles like faerie figurines and ceramic art. The used books section is a bit of a smattering, with numerous old editions and classic works alongside newer releases. I was amused to find a VHS copy of Fellowship of the Ring as well!

Recommended for gamers looking for a more unique store experience, and awesome for collectors of rare RPGs and fiction.
