Patriot was willing to drive 100 miles to the BMW dealer in Vegas, on a Sunday. BMW SOS tried several tow truck companies and could not find someone to take the job.

John was very kind and considerate when he towed my vehicle from Williams to Kingman, and he was also very respectful of my veteran father. John even sent me a picture of my car in the service lot when he dropped it off for me, because I wasn’t there to confirm for myself. He really helped me out of a tight spot, and his rates were surprisingly low for the long distance tow that I needed. As a young woman myself, I would highly recommend John’s Patriot roadside assistance to any woman as a safe and reliable option, and I will certainly think of his company first if I have any trouble in the future.

Hands down the best tow service ever. He was a huge life saver and I didn't even have to be present for anything. He was kind, accommodating, and punctual. He delivered our stranded van safely home to our driveway and kept us updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend and will keep him in mind for any future emergencies

This was the fastest and nicest tow guy I have ever had...John was really nice and great. He could have charged me for a tow but instead looked at the problem and found the right answer. He wire brushed my ground wire and fixed me up. And recommended me to Ken's battery, good choice. I will be calling them again.

Amazing Service. This guy John call me back right away and is there in 20 min. The tire was wrapped around the trailer axle bad. He had to use all kinds of tools and saws. Took 3 hours to cut it free. Anybody else would have quit and left me on the side of I 40, Nope he worked and worked. I would highly recommend them. If they had 10 stars I would give it to them.

John was so incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to find the correct tire and rim replacement searching high and low. He was quick, efficient, and very friendly. He was also very responsive, constantly giving us updates and answering any questions I had. We especially appreciated how quickly he got things done since we were stranded on the side of the highway!

A couple days ago we broke down in Kingman. We called John and he came out very fast and very helpful and very polite. He fixed our car and got us on back on the road very quickly. Definitely recommend using his service. I would recommend him to anyone.

Scary having your engine blow on the highway and wondering who to call. Even on the phone with these guys I knew everything would be ok. John was there quickly, friendly, accommodated our service dog and got us to the dealership and then offered to drive me to the car rental place. He made this really bad situation much easier to manage. If I could give more stars I would. Really outstanding service.

Got stuck after trying to turn around heading to kingman for the route 66 car show. Patriot towing arrived in no time and after 10 mins he had us back on our way even helped with directions! Very kind gentleman who's definitely in the right line of work ! Thank you so much!

While driving to Kingman towing my wife's trailer, the motor on my suburban seized. John was dispatched by my roadside coverage. He contacted me and kept me informed as to how long it would be for him to arrive. When he arrived he quickly got to work and was very professional. On the drive back to Las Vegas we had a great conversation and it made the time fly by. I would recommend Patriot to anyone. During our recent family vacation, our Hertz rental car broke down between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. We were basically in the middle of nowhere after working with Hertz emergency roadside service John from patriot emergency roadside was the only tow service that agreed to come pick my family and our large dog up Where we were broke down on the side of Highway 40 literally in the middle of nowhere for 4 hours. John had to bring us back to Las Vegas 2.5 hour drive based on Hertz requirements but we were so grateful that he was willing to help us amazing customer service. He was very caring and helpful and made my family feel safe after a very long ordeal. Highly recommend John at patriot emergency roadside!

Broke down mid traffic, gave a call and said they would be there in 10 minutes. John showed up in less than 10 and was very polite and informative. Got my car home and he even had me pop the hood to see what the problem actually was. Gave his best recommendations on where to start to have it fixed.

Yesterday our car broke down in it wasn't long before the tow truck arrived. The gentleman John was very polite and caring he took his time and checked our vehicle to see what the issue was. Then he tow the vehicle to his house to see if he could repair it, but since he couldn't repair he towed us to the dealership, John was a blessing cuz he was genuinely concerned about getting us back on the road, if you ever need assistance with your vehicle in Kingman Az or surrounding area please call Patriot towing.

We hit a jobsite junction box on t he i40 put a baseball size hole in our tire. Nobody would come out to help for less than an arm and leg not even azdps around, but John came right out and got us back on the road in 15 min and was reasonable with his price.

Very great service. The roads around Kingman are very rough and they took a toll on our pickup. It ended up breaking some bolts off of one of the brake calipers. Causing the caliper to fall off. I called John and told him the situation. After I sent a few pictures he was able to corral all the parts needed to fix it. Once he got to us it took him an hour to repair it and bleed the brakes. I was very thankful for his help. We cannot thank him enough for helping us. I would recommend his services to anyone with roadside problems.

I had to change a flat tire but 1 of the lug nuts had been tightened too hard and needed removal with an impact wrench. John was quick to answer my call and get me back in business with friendliness and great service. Patriot will be my go-to for emergency roadside help.

Was prompt, polite, helpful and well prepared with the needed equipment. Went the extra mile to infate the damaged tire to see if it looked fixable and made sure my spare was properly aired up. Took him less than 20 minut. es . Top notch business!

I was in dire need of a superhero with a tow truck cape, and John swooped in like Batman with a winch! Not all heroes wear capes, some just drive tow trucks. Six stars for saving my day faster than a speeding tow cable!
